RE: Strawberry Oat Breakfast Muffins - Plant-based

Strawberries are fun. I wished we had a strawberry season even if they're not true berries 😄 I love them, and these muffins seem perfect to hold some of their magic. Let me tell you something, friend, I'm not a morning person either, and I just have my coffee & breakfast because I love coffee and food in general, hehe, but I don't really think that does much to get me going, so eating one or too soft, aromatic, strawberrilicious muffins with my morning coffee sound great.
