Hard-winged or real name ?

Since I live in the countryside, I am in contact with birds and insects. I mention both groups because I learned about both groups on the same day. I am not a professional photographer, I use my phone to take pictures and I will try to make the pictures as good as possible.
I am a gardener and I am in contact with the earth, nature and insects every day. And today, while my wife and I were finishing one of our projects, I took a bath and sat on a nearby stump.
There was one little one, I don't know where it came from, but it was quite busy. I tried to take a picture of it while it was moving.
I can say that it is quite fast for such a little one.
We call them hard-winged here, I don't know the real name.I'm not even sure it flies :)
If anyone knows real name ?

He was not in the mood for posing, he went further into the grass.
