Bovan Lake

On the road to Sokobanja, after leaving the highway and after the town of Aleksinac, somewhere halfway to Sokobanja, there is Bovan Lake.
The lake is an artificial reservoir created by the construction of a dam in 1978, in the Morava basin regulation system and the Đerdap hydroelectric power plant
The lake is 8 km long, its greatest width is 500 m, and its depth is 50 m
Although it was a rainy day, the rain followed us along the way.
We stopped at two places to take pictures of the lake.The first time on the way out of the village of Bovan

We took another break by the lake at the fishing camp.

We found a cat with kittens at the camp. 8 kittens in total, I don't know because they are all hers. But my son rushed to feed them.

Despite the invasion of kittens, we managed to continue our journey.
