People grow when they realize their opportunities and use them.

I have been very busy with class tests, assignments, presentations and group work for quite some time. It is normal in student age. If busyness and pressure don't stop, you don't actually study, especially for those who are not interested in studying, studying without pressure can't be imagined.

One of the good things that happened to me while studying in BBA is that I developed leadership skills, I got the courage to speak in front of hundreds of people and I learned to recognize people's thinking patterns.

I have not completed my BBA studies. I am in the middle, here is another semester ahead. A bad part of all this pressure is that I have not had time to write at all. Due to which there are hundreds of topics in my head, I have to write about all of them. It will be done slowly.

Today's talk is about being a leader and sitting as an audience.

I led a group of twelve people. I am an introvert, communicating with everyone was my biggest challenge.

I did that, because I am not the kind of girl to neglect responsibility.
Our group's presentation was the best among all groups so far as our course teacher himself said.
I made questions on the presentation topic, took the exam again from my batchmates, evaluated the notebooks and took the feedback class. This experience of me and my team was completely new. Worked well, learned a lot, managed in all aspects. Is there a way to manage students without management?!

I saw another group's presentation today, I understood. Introvert people are very extroverted in this way, they talk, they try even if they are a little afraid, which is nice to see.

People grow when they realize their opportunities and use them. Overcoming your own fear and weakness will become your biggest achievement one day, isn't it?!
