Hi, I am happy to share experiences that make me happy, I live very close to the beach which is an advantage for outdoor exercise, a healthy enjoyment and a perennial sense of well being. Just sitting and enjoying the scenery relaxes me, I am retired but continue to work from home on different projects. Being a mother of two teenagers leads me to share a lot with them in their activities. My eldest daughter is very committed to her exercise routine, she asked me to accompany her, the truth this day I could not follow her jogging due to ailments in my feet, however I took the opportunity to bury them in the sand, I massaged them for a while and then felt the cold water on them, the sea is therapeutic, after that I could perform exercises to strengthen them, my feet are flat, I have a slight arch and although in my youth I did not feel pain because of it, today yes, due to pathologies arising from the years as arthrosis and also consequences of ZIKA.

But well, these are things that I have learned to live with, for my fortune I have this beach close to home. At mid-morning the beach was lonely, that calm interrupted by the crash of the waves is great, the warm and cool atmosphere of the beach is very nice, by the way there is a small court of Creole balls (traditional game) I assume that the people who make the games here placed many used tires, which border that space, I like how they look, also some are full of sand and serve to sit comfortably, I thought it was a super ingenious idea to reuse these objects. My daughter and I sat down for a while to talk, it is these shared moments that we enjoy a lot, the time flew by, we retired home full of enthusiasm, until next time, thanks for your attention!

Hola, me da gusto compartir vivencias que me hacen feliz, vivo muy cerca de la playa lo cual es una ventaja para el ejercicio al aire libre, un disfrute sano y una sensación de bienestar perenne. El sólo hecho de sentarme y disfrutar del paisaje me relaja, soy jubilada pero continuo trabajando desde casa en diferentes proyectos. Ser madre de dos adolescentes me lleva a compartir mucho con ellos en sus actividades. Mi hija mayor es muy comprometida con su rutina de ejercicios, me pidió la acompañara, la verdad este día no pude seguirle el trote debido a dolencias en mis pies,sin embargo aproveché para enterrarlos en la arena,los masajee un rato y luego sentí el agua fría en ellos, el mar es terapeutico.Luego de ello pude realizar ejercicios para fortalecerlos, mis pies son planos, tengo un ligero arco y aunque en mi juventud no sentía dolencias por ello, hoy día si, debido a patologías derivadas de los años como la artrosis y consecuencias también del ZIKA

Pero bueno, son cosas con las que he aprendido a convivir, para mi fortuna cuento con esta playa cerca de casa. A media mañana estaba solitaria, esa calma interrumpida por el choque de las olas es estupenda, el ambiente cálido y a la vez fresco de la playa es muy agradable.Por cierto hay una pequeña cancha de bolas criollas (juego tradicional) asumo que las personas que realizan los juegos acá colocaron muchos cauchos usados, los cuales bordean ese espacio, me gusta como lucen, también algunos están llenos de arena y sirven para sentarse comodamente, me pareció una idea super ingeniosa el reusar estos objetos. Mi hija y yo nos sentamos un rato a conversar, son estos momentos compartidos los que disfrutamos un montón, el tiempo pasó volando,nos retiramos a casa llenas de entusiasmo, hasta la próxima. ¡Gracias por tu atención!
