Hello friends, it has been many days since I last posted anything on my Hive blog. It is nice to return to my little space where anecdotes in a place surrounded by the sea, beautiful landscapes, and warm people always inspire me. The photos are from an outing I took several days ago. As you can see, the sea was beautiful and always invites you to dive in, boats in the harbor resting after long days of work, octopus season is in full swing and this generates a lot of activity on the beach.
However, very early in the morning we can enjoy the calm and shade of the grape trees, whose fruits delight us with that sweet and sour taste that we love so much. Many people pick grapes to ferment and make wine. Grapevines are also medicinal and have been on this beach for so many years. They have seen so many people pass by that if they could talk, they would fill us with many stories. However, sometimes verbal language is not necessary to convey love, peace, and protection. Grapevines protect us from strong winds when necessary and retain water to prevent erosion and flooding. Nature is noble.
When I make these stops, I enjoy everything I see. It doesn't matter if I've seen it before; there is always something new to appreciate. I value this attraction, which is so important to my community and to those who visit us. We are fortunate to live here. Puerto Fermín, popularly known as “El Tirano,” is a very humble town but full of traditions, warmth, and the ever-beautiful sea, sometimes calm, sometimes challenging, a source of sustenance, a place of recreation, a refuge where I always want to be.

Hola amigos, tenía muchos días sin publicar un contenido en mi blog en Hive, es grato retomar mi pequeño espacio donde las anécdotas en un lugar rodeado de mar, paisajes hermosos y gente cálida siempre me inspiran. Las fotos corresponden a una salida que realicé hace varios días, como podrán apreciar el mar estaba hermoso y siempre invita a sumergirse, botes en el Puerto reposando luego de largas faenas, la temporada de pulpo está activa y esto genera mucho dinamismo en la playa.
Sin embargo muy temprano podemos disfrutar de la calma y la sombra de los uveros cuyos frutos nos deleitan con ese sabor ácido dulzón que gusta tanto. Muchos recogen uvas para fermentar y hacer vino, los uveros son medicinales también y tienen tantos años en esta playa, han visto pasar tanta gente que si hablaran nos llenarían de muchas historias, sin embargo a veces no hace falta el lenguaje verbal para transmitir amor, paz, protección. Los uveros nos protegen de los fuertes vientos cuando toca, retienen el agua para evitar la erosión, la inundación, la naturaleza es noble.
Cuando hago estas paradas disfruto todo lo que veo, no importa si ya lo he visto antes, siempre hay algo nuevo que apreciar, valoro este atractivo tan importante para mi comunidad, para quienes nos visitan, somos afortunados de vivir acá. Puerto Fermín, conocido popularmente como: "El Tirano" es un pueblo muy humilde pero lleno de tradiciones, gentilicio, calidez, el mar siempre hermoso, unas veces en calma, otras desafiante, fuente de sustento, lugar de recreación, un refugio donde siempre quiero estar.
