Hola, Hola apreciada comunidad, espero hayan disfrutado de su fin de semana.
Los domingos es un día que me da la sensación que es más largo que los otros días, me hacen sentir un poco de ansieda y nostálgica, será porque nunca tengo un plan "b" para él, así que ayer me puse creativa y me fui al campo, sentí mucha necesidad de cambiar de aires de caminar y estar sola con la naturaleza para recargar energías y alejarme del estrés de la cotidianidad.

Los seres humanos a veces merecemos una pausa en medio de las prisas diarias, una escapada para desconectar y abrazar la naturaleza es todo lo que necesitamos, para creer, crecer, desarrollar nuestro potencial, reiniciarnos y continuar, necesitamos un entorno armónico, puro y natural, dónde podamos poner en orden nuestras ideas tomar por asentado que los momentos cotidianos malos o buenos siempre van a pasar y que todo va a fluir, sólo debemos vivir la vida como venga y sin apegos.

Estar en contacto con la naturaleza me hace sentir viva y un poco salvaje, en medio de la inmensidad de los árboles es donde puedo encontrar la inmensidad que hay dentro de mi.
He crecido en el campo y desde muy pequeña e sentido esa conexión con todo ésto.
Me gusta realizar largas e infinitas caminatas, rodearme de vida y de verde y conectar con mi yo interior, siempre es una buena opción para mantener en equilibrio mi salud física, mental y espiritual.

La naturaleza me brinda las mejores lecciones de vida, me habla de los cambios, de reinvertarme, de seguir adelante aún con las alas rotas, me habla de perseverancia, definitivamente la naturaleza es perfecta nos muestra siempre sus maravillas, me conecta con los seres elementales, aquí encuentro esos espacios de relajación, reflexión y tranquilidad.
Saber disfrutar de las pequeñas cosas que nos regala la vida puede hacer la diferencia en nuestro día a día,debo reconocer que este domingo fue diferente lo disfruté desde un hermoso sol soleado hasta el inmenso cielo azul con nubes blancas y bien definidas.
