Tengan todos un feliz domingo, mis amigos de HIVE, por acá vuelvo por esta hermosa y creativa comunidad, para mostrarles el resultado final de la restauración de mi casita de la cual les había hablado en post anteriores. Espero opiniones y sugerencias sobre qué debería cambiar.

Como les dije anteriormente, después de todo el proceso de resanado, esperé varios días para que secara bien el cemento y me dispuse a pintar, para tapar todas aquellas imperfecciones y lograr terminar con el objetivo principal con el que comencé esta tarea.

Lo primero que hice fue pintar todo el techo, en esta tarea me ayudó mi esposo @eduardo900613, pues la verdad yo no alcanzaba ni subiéndome en una mesa, tarea de la cual me libre ji, ji, ji, pues la verdad es superincómodo pintar mirando hacia arriba, al menos a mí me mata el dolor de cervical, la verdad fue de gran ayuda, está tarea solo tardó un día.

Seguidamente, comencé a pintar las rejas, las puertas y todo lo que llevaba pintura de aceite, pues después sería más fácil limpiar lo que se ensuciara, eso también incluyo el clóset del cuarto, pues estaba pintado de un color marrón muy oscuro y le quería cambiar el color para aclarar más la habitación.

Poco a poco, fui pintando todo lo que requería aceite, esto me tomo varios días, pues tuve que dar varias manos, al menos al clóset, pues un cambio de color a otro las requiere, por supuesto, también agota, pero al ver como todo va cambiando y cobrando vida, pues el regocijo te inunda y te impulsa a continuar sin descanso.

Al terminar con la pintura de aceite, continué con la de vinil en las paredes. Esto también me tomó varios días, pues como tuve que raspar toda la pared, pues la misma lo pedía para emparejar el color. Fui combinado poco a poco, según también los adornos que tenía en casa, pues la verdad antes tenía un marfil, que todo se veía del mismo color y nada resaltaba.

Ya los colores los había comprado previamente antes de raspar la pared y ya más menos sabía lo que quería hacer. Elegí un gris claro y hermoso para la sala. El color gris me gusta mucho, pues además de ser un color cubridor y que luce muy limpio, pues dándolo en la pared me resaltaba mucho la decoración, combinándolo con un blanco hueso para que no me quedara tan oscura la casa.

Para la cocina elegí un color marfil en aceite, pues ya era la base que tenía y no quise cambiarla, el cuarto lo pinté como mismo estaba anteriormente, pues así me gustaba, en este pinte dos paredes de gris, y dos paredes blancas para aclarar. El comedor también le di el gris para que me tapara toda la suciedad que tenía la pared, pues la verdad era una de las más malitas, tenía como diez mil colores.

En el baño y el portal di un verde muy bonito, pues ya tenía el verde en su base y no quise cambiarlo tampoco. Poco a poco fui combinando todo a mi gusto. En varios días terminé, mi casa es bien pequeñita, hasta que llegó la hora de la limpieza. Tocó quitar todo el residuo de pintura sobrante donde no iba, y también bardiar bien, pues el tema de la pintura deja mucho polvo.

La verdad quedé muy satisfecha con el resultado final, pues todo lo fui haciendo poquito a poco y a mi gusto. Después de que terminé de pintar, veía que el cuarto me quedaba como algo descolorido y compré unos cuadros para ayudar a que realzara su color. Al igual que en el baño, la cortina que había estaba un poco vieja y decidí comprar una nueva con su alfombra.

Aún me quedan algunos detalles como barnizar los muebles y la pared del fondo, pero hasta ahora estoy satisfecha con el resultado final. Muchas gracias a todos por llegar al final y espero sugerencias y opiniones. Para los muebles ya se necesita más presupuesto. Cuando estén listos, les mostraré cómo quedaron. Feliz día para todos.

As I told you before, after the whole process of resurfacing, I waited several days for the cement to dry well and then I started to paint, to cover all those imperfections and achieve the main objective with which I started this task.

The first thing I did was to paint the entire ceiling, in this task my husband @eduardo900613 helped me, because the truth is that I couldn't even reach it by climbing on a table, a task from which I got free ji, ji, ji, ji, because the truth is super uncomfortable to paint looking up, at least for me it kills my neck pain, the truth was a great help, this task only took a day.

Next, I started to paint the grates, the doors and everything that had oil paint, because later it would be easier to clean what got dirty, that also included the closet of the room, because it was painted a very dark brown color and I wanted to change the color to brighten the room.

Little by little, I painted everything that required oil, this took me several days, because I had to give several coats, at least to the closet, because a change of color to another requires them, of course, also exhausting, but seeing how everything is changing and coming to life, because the joy floods you and drives you to continue without rest.

When I finished with the oil paint, I continued with the vinyl paint on the walls. This also took me several days, since I had to scrape the entire wall, as the wall itself demanded it to even out the color. I combined it little by little, according to the decorations I had at home, because the truth is that before I had an ivory, everything looked the same color and nothing stood out.

I had already bought the colors before I scraped the wall and I knew more or less what I wanted to do. I chose a beautiful light gray for the living room. I really like the gray color, because besides being a covering color and looks very clean, giving it on the wall highlighted the decoration, combining it with an off-white so that the house would not be so dark.

For the kitchen I chose an ivory color in oil, because it was already the base I had and I didn't want to change it, the bedroom I painted as it was before, because I liked it that way, I painted two walls in gray, and two white walls to lighten. The dining room I also painted gray to cover all the dirt that the wall had, because the truth was one of the worst, it had about ten thousand colors.

In the bathroom and the portal I gave a very nice green, because I already had the green in its base and I did not want to change it either. Little by little I was combining everything to my taste. In several days I finished, my house is very small, until it was time for cleaning. I had to remove all the leftover paint residue where it didn't belong, and also to clean up well, because the paint leaves a lot of dust.

The truth is that I was very satisfied with the final result, because I did everything little by little and to my liking. After I finished painting, I saw that the room looked a little discolored and I bought some paintings to help me enhance its color. As in the bathroom, the curtain was a little old and I decided to buy a new one with its carpet.

I still have some details like varnishing the furniture and the back wall, but so far I am satisfied with the final result.
