Preparations for the celebration // Preparativos para festejar

Hello friends of #hive and especially the @hive-178265 community, as always, I hope you are all well, as are your family and friends. Today I'm here to tell you about some upcoming events. It turns out that I woke up very early today because a very important date is approaching and there are preparations to be made, ha ha ha, postponed, you might imagine that it's another party, and indeed it is, but in this case it's very, very special.

It turns out that my grandmother recently turned 87. It is a special day because of the long life she has lived, having many people behind her and being the support and mainstay of the entire family. We also celebrate that even after so many years, we can still count on her, which today is a great blessing, She is a treasure trove of love and experiences that she has passed on to each of us, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, whom she has guided along the right path and taught good manners and principles worthy of good men and women for several generations. In short, she is the heart of our family, so even though we don't have a lot of resources, we can't let this celebration pass us by.

Well, as I was saying, I got up very early to start preparing for the birthday, as there were several things to sort out. Everything would take place at his house in the countryside, as usual, where we can all fit in, so we had to get everything ready here, as it was going to be a surprise. As always, we all agreed, and everyone was going to contribute something to make it more economical, because the truth is that life is a little tough right now. But anyway, I got down to what I had to do, so the first thing I did was go out and buy some all-purpose flour, which I didn't have at home, and oil to make some puff pastries.

I spent most of the morning making the puff pastries. I prepared them as I always do, and also with my secret ingredient that everyone likes, ha ha ha. Later, I went to order a pizza that we wanted to bring, because my grandmother really likes it, so I rushed down the street to resolve the situation, ha ha ha. In this case, I ordered a family-size pizza so there would be enough for everyone, and I ordered the cheese special, because my grandmother doesn't like ham very much. All these preparations were for the next day.

Once I had ordered and prepared the things I needed to take to the birthday party, I started thinking about what to get her as a gift. It wasn't too difficult to figure out because, thank God, my grandmother has everything she needs. They treat her like a little girl when it comes to buying her things, so what she likes most as gifts are little treats or sweets, as we call them here. Without further ado, I remembered a lady who sells very nice little gifts made of chocolate, and I went to buy her a box of chocolates, which included the beautiful roses she deserves. Honestly, I think it's a spectacular gift for her.

On the other hand, my uncles ordered the cake, my mom took care of the soft drinks, and my aunt made some fritters and my other aunt made some orange sweets that were delicious. My sister bought her a piece of cheese, and with that, we finished preparing everything we were going to take. Honestly, this day was crazy, looking here and there, but at least we were able to get everything we wanted to take to my grandmother so we could spend a nice day with her and keep her company on this special day for all of us. Tomorrow will surely be beautiful, because even though it's not a dream birthday, we're going to do it with a lot of love. I'll tell you all about how it went another time, ha ha ha. For today, all that's left is to sleep and get up again to make tomorrow a sensational day for her. Happy day, everyone.

Hola amigos de #hive y en especial a la comunidad de @hive-178265 , como siempre espero que se encuentren bien al igual que sus familiares y amigos. En el día de hoy paso por acá para contarles acerca de los próximos acontecimientos que están por suceder. Resulta que en el día de hoy me levanté muy temprano, pues se acerca una fecha muy importante y hay preparativos que realizar ja, ja, ja pospuesto se imaginarán que es otra fiesta y como en efecto así lo es, pero en este caso es bien bien especial.

Resulta que mi abuela está reciente de cumplir sus 87 años, es un día especial por la larga vida que ha recorrido teniendo a muchos a su espalda y siendo el sostén y puntal de la familia entera, además de que se celebra también que aun después de tantos años podemos contar con ella, que hoy en día eso es una gran bendición, pues es todo un tesoro de amor y experiencias vividas que trámite a cada uno de nosotros, sus hijos, nietos y bisnietos, y a los cuales ha sabido conducir por el buen camino y transmitir durante varias generaciones, buenas costumbres y principios, dignos de hombres y mujeres de bien. En fin es el todo de nuestra familia, así que esta fiesta, aunque sea con pocos recursos, no se puede dejar de celebrar.

Bueno les cuento que como les decía me levanté bien temprano para iniciar los preparativos del cumpleaños, pues había varias cosas que resolver. Todos se haría allá en su casa, en campo como siempre dónde cabemos todos, así que había que llevar todo listo de aquí, pues sería una sorpresa. Entre todos como siempre nos pusimos de acuerdo, y todo el mundo iba a colaborar con algo para que todo saliera más económico, pues la verdad la vida está un poco dura. Pero bueno me puse en función de lo que me tocó hacer a mí, así que lo primero que hice fue salir a comprar harina de todo uso que no tenía en casa y aceite para hacer unas hojaldras.

Estuve casi toda la mañana en la elaboración de las hojaldras, las preparé como siempre las hago, y también con mi ingrediente secreto que a todos les gusta como quedan ja, ja, ja, más tarde me fui a encargar una pizza que queríamos llevar, pues a mi abuela le gusta mucho, así que me lancé calle abajo a resolver esta situación ja, ja, ja, en este caso la encargué del tipo familiar para que alcanzara para todos y de las especiales de queso, porque mi abuela no le agrada mucho el jamón. Pospuesto todos estos preparativos eran para el día siguiente.

Cuando ya encargué e hice las cositas que tenía que llevar para el cumple, me dedique a pensar en que le llevaría de regalo, algo que no es muy difícil de averiguar porque gracias a Dios, a mi abuela no le falta nada, pues la tienen como niña chiquita en cuestión de comprarle cosas, así que lo que más le gusta a ella que le regalen es cositas de comer o chucherías como les decimos por acá. Sin más dudar recordé a una señora que vende unos regalitos muy bonitos hechos de chocolate y fui a comprarle una cajita de bombones, ya aquí iban incluidas las rosas tan hermosas que ella se merece, la verdad es un detalle que creo que es espectacular para ella.

Por otro lado, mis tíos encargaron el pastel, mi mamá se encargó del refresco, y mi tía se encargó de hacer unos buñuelos y la otra tía dulce de naranja que quedó sabroso, mi hermana le compró un pedazo de queso, y ya con eso terminamos de preparar todo lo que se iba a llevar. La verdad este día fue toda una locura, busca aquí y encuentra allá, pero al menos pudimos resolver todo lo que nos propusimos llevarle a mi abuela para pasar por allá un buen día y hacerle compañía en este día tan especial para todos. El día de mañana será hermoso de seguro, pues aunque no sea un cumpleaños de ensueño, pero lo vamos a hacer con mucho amor, pero ya de como la pasamos les contaré en otra ocasión ja, ja, ja por hoy ya solo falta dormir y volver a levantarnos para hacer del día de mañana un día sensacional para ella.
