Happy birthday to grandma // Feliz cumpleaños para la abuela.

As I told you in the last post, the members of my family in general were preparing the 87th birthday of my grandmother, a date that can not fail to celebrate, because the truth is that it is a blessing to have her even these days, that grandmother and wonderful mother who has always been the mainstay of the family and the support of many children and grandchildren.

As I told you, since the day before we prepared things to do something for my grandmother and that this day would not be overlooked, relying on the resources we had because the truth is that life is a little hard, but well, for this day we put our best efforts, because the honoree deserves it. We decided on this day to go after lunch, because the truth is that there are many of us and we did not want to make too much havoc, so my uncle Jorge and my uncle Raul as drivers took us there.

When we arrived at grandma's house where we would all meet as usual, she was already waiting for us, we wanted to arrive as a surprise, but, in the end it would not be either, because she was sure that her children and grandchildren would not leave her alone on this day, so someone had already warned her that we would all come. When she saw us arrive in a herd her face lit up ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, because the truth is that she had been a little bored most of the morning, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, but then she was crazy about us leaving ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, at her age she is a little bothered by the crowd of people ha, ha, ha, ha, and the truth is that there are a few of us.

Well, I tell you that the first thing we did was to give her lots of kisses and affection as she likes when we arrived, and then we gave her all the gifts we brought her, I can tell you that she loved the chocolate chocolates I bought her, the truth is that the old people are like children again in this sense, although I love them too ha, ha, ha, ha, it seems that I got stuck in my childhood ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, after accompanying her for a while with conversations, jokes and stories to brighten up her day, we prepared her table to sing happy birthday, ha, ha, ha, ha, this has become something very much ours since some time ago.

On the table we put her cake, the pizza we had ordered to make, the puff pastries I made, my aunt's fritters, the soft drinks and some candies that were given to her, we brought her to the table and began to sing happy birthday. The truth was a beautiful and touching moment and at the same time exciting, in the middle of the singing I had a lump in my throat, because I think there is no moment of greater happiness than seeing the whole family together, happy and celebrating, and my grandmother more than happy for this.

These moments are always kept deep and more when there is a good reason to celebrate, in this case I think it has been the best of all, because my grandmother felt it, lived it and so I keep it in her memory forever, a very beautiful memory that despite the years will always be there, because although there are no parties or anything to celebrate, her greatest gift is to see us all together and happy, because that is the gift that most fills her soul. Hola amigos de #hive y en especial a la comunidad de @hive-178265 , como siempre espero que se encuentren bien al igual que sus familiares y amigos. Cómo les dije en el post pasado, estuvimos los miembros de mi familia en general, preparando el cumpleaños 87 de mi abuela, una fecha que no se puede dejar de celebrar, pues la verdad es que es toda una bendición poder contar con ella aún por estos días, esa abuela y madre maravilla que ha sido siempre el puntal de la familia y el soporte de muchos hijos y nietos.

Cómo les dije, desde el día antes preparamos las cosas para hacerle alguito a mi abuela y que este día no pasara por alto, contando con los recursos que teníamos porque la verdad la vida está un poco dura, pero bueno, para este día pusimos nuestros mejores esfuerzos, pues la homenajeada bien que lo merece. Decidimos en este día ir después de almuerzo, pues la verdad somos muchos y no queríamos hacer mucho estrago, así que entre mi tío Jorge y mi tío Raúl como choferes nos encaminaron hasta allá.

Al llegar a la casa de la abuela dónde nos reuniríamos todos como siempre, ya ella nos esperaba, queríamos llegar de sorpresa, pero, al final tampoco lo sería, pues ella estaba bien segura de que sus hijos y nietos no la dejaría sola en este día, así que alguien ya le había avisado que vendríamos todos. Cuando nos vio llegar en manada su rostro se iluminó ja, ja, ja, pues la verdad es que había estado un poco aburrida en gran parte de la mañana, ja, ja, ja, pero bueno ya después estaba loca porque nos fuéramos ja, ja, ja, ya a su edad le molesta un poco el rebulliso de gente ja, ja, ja, y la verdad somos unos cuantos.

Bueno les cuento que lo primero que hicimos fue apapacharla con muchos besos y cariños como a ella le gusta cuando llegamos, y seguidamente darle todos los regalos que le traíamos, les puedo decir que los bombones de chocolate que le compré le encantaron, la verdad es que los viejitos vuelven a ser como niños en este sentido, aunque bueno a mí también me encantan ja, ja, ja parece que me quedé atrapada en la niñez ja, ja, ja, después de acompañarla un rato con conversaciones, chistes y cuentos para alegrarle el día, le preparamos su mesa para cantar el feliz cumpleaños, ja, ja, ja esto se ha vuelto algo muy nuestro desde hace un tiempo para acá.

En la mesa le pusimos su pastel, la pizza que habíamos encargado a hacer, las hojaldritas que yo hice, los buñuelos de mi tía, los refrescos y algunas golosinas que le fueron regalando, la trajimos para la mesa y comenzamos a cantar el feliz cumpleaños. La verdad fue un momento hermoso y conmovedor y a la vez de emocionante, en medio del canto se me hacía un nudo en la garganta, pues creo que no hay momento de felicidad más grande que ver a toda la familia reunida, feliz y celebrando, y mi abuela más que feliz por esto.

Estos momentos siempre se guardan bien profundo y más cuando hay un buen motivo para celebrar, en este caso creo que ha sido el mejor de todos, pues mi abuela así lo sintió, lo vivió y así lo guardo en su memoria para siempre, un recuerdo muy hermoso que a pesar de los años siempre seguirá ahí, pues aunque no haya fiestas ni nada que celebrar, su mayor regalo es vernos a todos juntos y felices, pues ese es el regalo que más le llena el alma. Este cumpleaños será uno más de muchos otros si Dios permite, pero no cabe duda de que este lo adoró. Feliz día para todos y hasta la próxima. Bendiciones.
