The effervescent youth prints his art || La efervescente juventud imprime su arte 🎨 Street Art #5 in Venezuela

Warm greetings, urban art lovers. I'm here again to share my find of this week and what better way to do it than in this wonderful StreetArt Community.

A few days ago, I had the pleasure of participating in a sharing of vocational awareness with students in the last year of Diversified Secondary Education, about to graduate with the title of Bachilleres, in the pilot high school in my community. The cardinal purpose is to encourage and stimulate young people to continue their studies and move towards the university path. Venezuela, my country, is shipwrecked in the multidimensionality of a deep economic and social crisis; concomitantly, many of our boys have cornered the interest to continue their academic formation, having as a priority to emigrate.

As a graduate of this Educational Institution, I felt gratified for the opportunity and the deference granted. Some seasons have passed since then, but they are imprinted in my fibers, the past dawns, and having walked those same corridors carrying in my backpack illusions, plans, and purposes. Some intentions were fulfilled, others deserted, but always living with intentionality.

Saludos cordiales, amantes del arte urbano. De nuevo por acá para compartir con ustedes mi hallazgo de esta semana y qué mejor forma de hacerlo que en esta maravillosa Comunidad StreetArt.

Hace unos días, tuve el gusto de participar en un compartir de sensibilización vocacional, con discentes cursantes del último año de Educación Media Diversificada, próximos a egresar con la titulación de Bachilleres, en el Liceo piloto de mi comunidad. El propósito cardinal, ensalzar y estimular en los jóvenes la prosecución de sus estudios, hacia el sendero Universitario. Venezuela, mi País, naufraga en la multidimensionalidad de una profunda crisis económica y social, concomitantemente muchos de nuestros muchachos, han arrinconado el interés de continuar su formación académica, teniendo como prioridad emigrar.

Como egresada de esta Institución Educativa, me sentí gratificada por la oportunidad y la deferencia concedida. Han pasado algunas temporadas desde entonces, pero están impresas en mis fibras, las pretéritas alboradas y el haber recorrido por esos mismos pasillos, cargando en mi mochila ilusiones, planes y propósitos. Algunas intenciones se cumplieron, otras quedaron desiertas, pero siempre viviendo con intencionalidad.

Thus, the day of the meeting germinated, with an alert and lively king star. With each step I took through the Educational Unit, my eyes enjoyed with greediness and with appetite every corner. Celebrating yesterday, familiar structures burst forth, accompanied by emerging buildings and with them, to my surprise, diverse murals on their different walls, nourishing and giving life to the inert, with significance and elegance. Messages everywhere bordered me in the tour, distilled history, identity, values, and an extended etc. captured through its plurality of colors and amenity of forms, surrounding me and capturing my attention.

After sharing and socializing with the young people, the spaces dissipated and were freed from the activity and the characteristic hustle and bustle that imprints the joviality. There, in the complicit silence, I transmuted and captured with my camera the essence of such exquisite tapestries. However, I was not alone; austere and stealthy steps followed my path. When I turned around, there were three boys who offered me their candid company and asked to be photographed in the murals in which they were proudly participating. It was certainly a day to treasure, full of gratifying energy, I will keep it with zeal and joy, in the depths of my ipseity, to relive and enjoy as many times as I wish.

Así germinó el día del encuentro, con un astro rey despabilado y vivaracho. A cada paso que daba por la Unidad Educativa, mis ojos disfrutaban con avidez y apetito cada rincón. Celebrando el ayer, irrumpían estructuras familiares, acompasadas por emergentes edificaciones, y con ello, para mi sorpresa, diversos murales en sus diferentes paredes, nutriendo y dando vida a lo inerte, con significancia y prestancia. Mensajes por doquier me bordeaban en el recorrido, destilaban historia, identidad, valores y un extendido, etc. plasmados a través de su pluralidad de colores y amenidad de formas, circundándome y capturando mi atención.

Luego de compartir y socializar con los jóvenes, los espacios se disipaban y liberaban de la actividad y del bullicio característico que imprime la jovialidad. Allí, en el silencio cómplice, transmutaba y captaba con mi cámara, la esencia de tan exquisitos tapices. Sin embargo, no estaba sola; pasos austeros y sigilosos seguían mi recorrido. Cuando me di la vuelta, allí estaban tres chicos, que ofertaron su cándida compañía y me solicitaron ser fotografiados en los murales en los que orgullosamente fueron coautores. Fue, sin lugar a dudas, un día para atesorar, lleno de gratificante energía, lo conservaré con celo y regocijo, en lo más profundo de mi ipseidad, para revivirlo y disfrutarlo cuantas veces así lo, desee.

Today I present the first of these exquisite findings, it is a mural made under the facilitation and guidance of Professor Ronald Moreno, being the authors the students of the 4th year of Diversified Secondary Education, of the school period 2022-2023. It sprouts in it, our history, but a history that flows in the confluence of perfect synchrony, of a past that is reborn in the present, to incite with purpose, motivation, and inspiration, the importance of education and comprehensive knowledge, with special attention, in the future of flourishing generations.

This urban canvas, flames in abstract art, I would say, that in its aesthetics inserts cubist elements, but also surrealist generating with intentionality different perspectives, forging dynamism and opportunity to the conjunction of different planes. As for its colors, I visualize in predominance the sophistication and distinction that gives the black color, imposing and authoritarian, dominant of the scene; but balanced by the discretion and serenity that transmit the gray and cream color, without forgetting the calm blue tone.

Hoy les presento el primero de estos exquisitos hallazgos, que es un mural realizado bajo la facilitación y guiatura del profesor Ronald Moreno, siendo los autores los estudiantes del 4to año de Educación Media Diversificada, del período escolar 2022-2023. Brota en él, la historia nuestra, pero una historia que fluye en la confluencia de la perfecta sincronía, de un pasado que renace en el presente, para incitar con propósito, motivación e inspiración, la importancia de la educación y el conocimiento integral, con especial atención, en el futuro de florecientes generaciones.

Este lienzo urbano flamea en el arte abstracto, diría yo, que en su estética inserta elementos cubistas, pero también surrealistas, generando con intencionalidad diferentes perspectivas, forjando dinamismo y oportunidad a la conjunción de diferentes planos. En cuanto a sus colores, visualizo, en predominancia, la sofisticación y distinción que otorga el color negro, imponente y autoritario, dominante de la escena escenario; pero equilibrado por la discreción y serenidad que transmiten el color gris y crema, sin olvidar el calmado tono azul.

The simple strokes do not discount or subtract power to the expressive majesty and imposing that distills the symbolism. Breaking down its elements, we observe the representation of two faces, they are of Simon Bolivar, a Venezuelan hero, military and political figure, known as the “Liberator of America”, for him education was always a task of the first order. Under his protection, a student sits at his desk, traveling in the wake of learning and creation. At the same time, a half-finished atom bursts in, error? Intentionality? I can't make it out, but it is a discursive graph of the search for knowledge through science.

If we look to the left of the screen in its lower level, we can see “Los Morros de San Juan”, a natural monument of our town, an expression of cultural identity. From it emerges, in my impression, a beautiful and exuberant olive branch (also present in our national coat of arms) symbol of peace. Both elements also reinforce the value and the rootedness to our origins, as well as the love that must prevail to the nature and to our own.

Los trazos ingenuos y simples, no descuentan ni restan fuerza a la majestuosidad e imponencia expresiva, que destila el simbolismo. Desglosando sus elementos, se observa la representación de dos rostros, son de Simón Bolívar, un prócer, militar y político venezolano, conocido como el “Libertador de América”. Para él, la educación siempre fue tarea de primer orden. Bajo su amparo, se encuentra un estudiante sentado en su pupitre, viajando en las estelas del aprendizaje y la creación. Así mismo irrumpe un átomo a medio terminar, ¿error? ¿Intencionalidad? No consigo descifrarlo, pero es grafía discursiva de la búsqueda del conocimiento a través de las ciencias.

Si dirigimos la mirada a la izquierda de la pantalla en su nivel inferior, podemos ver “Los Morros de San Juan”, monumento natural de nuestra localidad, expresión de identidad cultural. De él emerge a mi impresión, una hermosa y exuberante rama de olivo (también presente en nuestro escudo nacional) símboliza la paz. Ambos elementos también refuerzan el valor y el arraigo a nuestros orígenes, así como el amor que debe prevalecer a la naturaleza y a lo propio.
