Greetings Picture a Day community

If there is something I enjoy in my existential journey, it is the opportunity to travel in a diversity of shades, sometimes with dissimilar contrasts. In this, I have rejoiced with the benefits of photography, because it jealously guards expressions and experiences of my travels, echoes that resonate in a network of signs, textures, colors, and shapes that make up my landscapes, felt, and lived.

With this image my emotions crackle, it is part of my travels through xerophilic regions of the Venezuelan plains, studying the pathogeography of the Tropical Dry Forest—arid and desert terrain, with scorching temperatures and a dazzling sun. There in the nothingness and the everything, with their best attitude, two trees of "naked Indian", with their characteristic copper color, stand up with all sumptuousness, intertwined with exquisiteness, protagonists for this occasion of a picture a day.

Si hay algo que disfruto en mi travesía existencial, es la oportunidad de viajar en una diversidad de matices, en ocasiones con contrastes muy disímiles. En ello, me he regocijado con las bondades de la fotografía, porque ella guarda celosamente, expresiones y vivencias de mis recorridos. Ecos que resuenan en entramados de signos, texturas, colores y formas que componen mis paisajes, sentidos y vividos.

Con esta imagen crepitan mis emociones, forma parte de mis viajes por regiones xerófilas de los llanos venezolanos, estudiando la patogeografía del Bosque Seco Tropical. Terreno árido y desértico, con temperaturas abrasadoras y un sol deslumbrante. Allí, en la nada y en el todo, con su mejor actitud, se yerguen con toda suntuosidad, dos árboles de "Indio desnudo", entrelazados con exquisitez, con su característico color cobrizo, protagonistas para esta ocasión de una foto al día.
