Venezuela, my country, is heterogeneous in its landscapes, and ecosystems. Our geography is rich in diversity; we have mountains, valleys, savannahs, and coasts. Likewise, our climates and reliefs are plural, associated with our geographic particularities.

Venezuela, mi país, es heterogéneo en sus paisajes y ecosistemas. Nuestra geografía es suculenta en diversidad, tenemos montañas, valles, sabanas y costas. Asimismo, son plurales nuestros climas y relieves, asociados a nuestras particularidades y especificidades geográficas.



The area where I live is representative of the central plains, the weather is warm and sometimes embracing and exhausting, reaching temperatures sometimes of 34 ° C, a scenario that is maintained for a few months, exemplifying the dry period, which antagonizes the opposite extreme, a period of rain as we are now.

La zona donde resido, es representativa de las llanuras centrales del País, el clima es cálido y en ocasiones desgastante y abrasa
dor, alcanzando a veces temperaturas de 34 °C, escenario que se mantiene por unos meses, ejemplificando al período seco, lo antagoniza como extremo opuesto, un período de lluvia como el que estamos en la actualidad.



This wet season is for me, a long-awaited longing, gratifying and comforting, where the sun gives up its dominance, reducing its intensity and with it the temperature softens and harmonizes, transferring charm and fullness.

Esta temporada húmeda, es para mí, un anhelo largamente esperado, gratificante y reconfortante, donde el sol cede su dominio, mermando su intensidad y con él la temperatura se suaviza y armoniza, transfiriendo encanto y plenitud.



With the rains, the color and its shades are enlivened and awakened, in the natural ecosystems, the joy is spurred, the vegetation is adorned, the foliage is renewed and invigorated, the crops proudly give their best fruits, and the flowers are nourished by this amazing elixir.

Con las lluvias, se aviva y despabila el color y sus matices, en los ecosistemas naturales la alegría, la vegetación se espolea y atavía, el follaje se remoza y vigoriza, las cosechas dan orgullosas sus mejores frutos y las flores se nutren de este pasmoso elixir.



In my green oasis, my beauties differ in their behavior before the rain; some are endowed with the capacity and ability to catch raindrops, prodigiously flaunting their achievement with majesty, portraits of caresses to the eyes. Others, on the contrary, prefer to get wet and let the water run down their petals.

En mi oasis verde, mis beldades difieren en su comportamiento ante la lluvia; algunas están dotadas de capacidad y habilidad para atrapar gotas de lluvia, ostentando prodigiosamente su logro con majestuosidad, retratos de caricias a las miradas. Otras, al contrario, prefieren mojarse y dejar que el agua discurra por sus pétalos.



But without fear of being wrong, the naughty and main raindrop hoarders are my squash blossoms; they have no one to surpass them. Here I bring you some photographic records, where the sublime gloating is accentuated, releasing caresses as trails of monochromatic shades. What do you think?
