Wednesday Walk: enjoying the nature that surrounds me

Greetings this is my first post in this community that I recently discovered and I want to share with you my walking experience:

The March 8, many places are celebrating Women's Day and yesterday I received an invitation to a conversation called Women and Music: challenges and transcendences, in a Cultural Center a few blocks from my house.

I left at 2:00 pm since the call was at 3.00 pm. On the road I found this beautiful tree, usually it is all green but this is the time of flowering and gives us all its splendor. This friend definitely opened my senses, a soft breeze and it was catching the amount of colors that filled the street.

I continued walking and it was inevitable to observe the greatness of nature and that many times we ignore it, we have so many things in our lives that we are not able to value what surrounds us.

Entering the place I was greeted by more and more beautiful plants, I felt so grateful for that. When we stop to look at what is around us we can find surprising things, places, objects with which we daily pass by without determining them; but when we finally see it... What can we think?

When that happens to me, I realize how lost I am in my daily life, but it's also good to have the opportunity to realize and enjoy the here and now.

I also met these little friends on the road before arriving at my destination.

The Gazebo where the conversation would take place is an area surrounded by nature, where I also have the privilege of teaching my Biodanza classes.

My steps today led me to look closely at the plants that are there for all of us. They are part of our lives and we are part of them.

Today's exercise made my afternoon, filled me with energy and I made it to my destination happy and full of energy.
