Sonidos de Bienestar, Aniversario 2 de Holos&Lotus en Hive / Sounds of Wellness, Holos&Lotus 2nd Anniversary at Hive

Saludo a todos, hoy les comento sobre la actividad a la que asistí por el 2do aniversario de la comunidad Holos&Lotus, llamado Sonidos de Bienestar, el cual conto con la participación de más de 150 personas que se dieron cita en el Centro de Arte Los Galpones, ubicado en Los Chorros, Caracas Venezuela.
Esta propuesta de Holos y Celf Magazine hizo posible la integración de la música, el movimiento desde la mirada del bienestar para brindar un experiencia que les permita conectar con la emoción, el disfruto y el aprendizaje, en un ambiento armónico y de buena vibra.
Todo inicio con un Flashmob que dio a conocer algunos ejercicios propuesto en el sistema Biodanza, allí tuvieron la oportunidad de integrarse y arrancar la jornada con vigor y alegría, un repertorio de música variada que gracias al equipo encargado de la actividad, fue llevando a quienes no conocen del sistema a moverse al ritmo y la melodía de cada una de las propuestas musicales.
Luego la fundadora de la comunidad @miriannalis tomo la palabra para dar la bienvenida y agradecer la asistencia a la convocatoria. Siguiendo con lo pautado, @danielvehe, comento acerca dela Web3 #Hive y @liketu información que sirvió para que los asistente, se animaran a abrir sus cuentas; muchas preguntas e inquietudes que los hivers asistentes les fueron aclarando. La buena noticia es que @rutablockchain se dará apoyo en el proceso.
Dos horas de interesante información y dinámica nos ofreció el profesor y compositor Erin Vargas donde los asistentes interactuaron y tuvieron la oportunidad de hacer ejercicios músico visual.
Dentro de las sorpresas del evento estaban las rifas que entre cada una de las actividades entregaban. Mi hija fue una de esas ganadoras, un poco nerviosa y sorprendida pero muy contenta fue a recibir su premio y a dar su opinión de lo vivido hasta el momento.
Al final de la jornada fueron invitados al jardín don la agrupación Acá Brasil deleito con su música para culminar la jornada con su toque especial para hacerlos bailar.
Agradecida por la oportunidad de compartir con todos ese día, havers, amigos, familia y todos los invitados que con mucho cariño convoque y se hicieron presentes. Excelente trabajo @miriannalis por siempre traer estas actividades para unir a la comunidad y dar a conocer el ecosistema desde la visón del bienestar.

Greetings to all, today I tell you about the activity that I attended for the 2nd anniversary of the Holos&Lotus community, called Sounds of Wellness, which was attended by more than 150 people who gathered at the Centro de Arte Los Galpones, located in Los Chorros, Caracas, Venezuela.

Two hours of interesting information and dynamics were offered by the teacher and composer Erin Vargas where attendees interacted and had the opportunity to do visual music exercises.
Among the surprises of the event were the raffles that were given out between each of the activities. My daughter was one of those winners, a little nervous and surprised but very happy she went to receive her prize and to give her opinion of what she had experienced so far.
At the end of the day they were invited to the garden where the group Acá Brasil delighted with their music to end the day with their special touch to make them dance.
Thankful for the opportunity to share with everyone that day, havers, friends, family and all the guests that with much affection I summoned and were present. Excellent work @miriannalis for always bringing these activities to unite the community and raise awareness of the ecosystem from the perspective of wellness.
