Visit to La Paila Waterfall - Venezuela
🌸Hola Comunidad HIVE🌸
Hello HIVE Community
Hello friends of this entertaining community, where every post is an adventure for the readers and a trip to beautiful places. Last month we were visiting a wonderful place in the State of Monagas Venezuela as is the Cueva del Guacharo. The idea was to enter the cave but the cost had to be paid in Bs cash or Divisa and when we checked we didn't have enough money to enter all of us and the idea was to share the tour together from the beginning to the end.

So after walking a bit around the park facilities, we went to Salto la Paila, a waterfall that is in the same park and for which we could cancel, since it was a modest collaboration and a guide accompanied us to the waterfall.

I must say that it is not the first time I went to this natural monument but I had not visited it for about 20 years and it made me understand that I must improve my conditions since the journey was very physically demanding. We found nature surrounding us on all sides and with a variety of plants to admire. After about 30 minutes the path had some steps that almost made me give up, the guide told us that they call it the steps of Calvary because the story goes that in that place, in ancient times, people were beheaded when they broke the law, this made me speed up the pace because I did not like this part of the story hahaha.

We arrived at the waterfall and we got tired for two reasons: For the beauty of the place and another, for the coldness of the water hahaha. In fact during the trip I imagined myself inside the waterfall to cool off because the heat was intense on the way, but being in it was not very pleasant since I am quite cold and I preferred to get my feet wet and enjoy the view with such a beautiful moment. My son and my young niece finally took a long dip and the rest of us sat down to tell anecdotes and enjoy some snacks while it was time to go back.
The trip renewed us and we returned to Cumaná with a pleasant experience, which invites me to motivate everyone who visits Caripe El Guácharo to admire such a beautiful waterfall in Venezuelan lands. Greetings and we will keep reading.
