Blessed day, good start to the week, I want to start first of all by thanking God, for his infinite goodness towards all of us, for allowing my daughter to recover so satisfactorily from a case of pneumonia that she presented, her health being greatly affected, here I share a little of what has been the last few days of control and my company to your medical consultation.
Bendecido día, buen inicio de semana, quiero empezar antes que nada agradeciendo a Dios, por su infinita bondad para con todos nosotros, al permitirle a mi hija recuperarse tan satisfactoriamente de un cuadro de neumonía que presento viéndose muy afectada su salud, aquí comparto un poco de lo que han sido los últimos dias de control y mi compañia a su consulta medica.
In the first days of April, my daughter began to feel unwell with a simple complaint; Despite the treatments he did not improve, he was already finishing his first treatment, he began to feel worse, the doctor decided to do new blood tests and X-rays, which showed bacterial pneumonia, but while he was undergoing treatment his condition became worse, so They decided to do a tomography and that was how it became clear that in addition to pneumonia, he had a pleura effusion, all caused by a bacteria.
This situation was much more complicated, because there was a time when she had to have surgery if she did not improve with intravenous treatments... It was there that the decision was made to take her to a specialist in pulmonology, to Dr. Rosell Morales, specialist at the Madre Rafolh Hospital, said dr. I implemented a new treatment, with the probability that if she did not react adequately, it was feared that chest surgery would have to be performed. Thank God, my daughter managed to react with the treatment and did not have the surgery in question.
En los primeros días del mes de abril, mi hija empezó un malestar con una simple gripe; a pesar de los tratamientos realizados no mejoró, ya estaba terminando su primer tratamiento, empezó a sentirse peor el medico optó por hacerle nuevos estudios sanguíneos y RX, los cuales arrojaron una neumonía bacteriana, pero estando en tratamiento su condición se tornó peor, por lo que optaron hacerle una tomografía y allí fue como se evidenció, que además de Neumonía, tenía un derrame de pleura, todo esto ocasionado por una bacteria.
Está situación fue mucho más complicada, porque hubo un momento donde se tenía que operar de no mejorar con los tratamientos endovenosos... Fue allí donde se tomó la decisión de llevarla con un especialista en neumonologa, con la dra. Rosell Morales, especialista en el Hospital Madre Rafolh, dicha dra. Implemento un nuevo tratamiento, con la probabilidad que si no reaccionaba adecuadamente, se temia que habría que practicarle una cirugía de tórax, gracias a Dios mi hija logró reaccionar con el tratamiento y no llego a la cirugía en mención.
Yesterday in this consultation, the doctor completely ruled out surgery, she considers that it is not necessary, given my daughter's recovery, today she only has recovery treatment left, with medications, exercises and therapies for 2 more months, thank God.
That is why my gratitude first to God for his infinite mercy, and then to Dr. Rosell Morales, for the effectiveness of her treatment, since prior to that she had done 3 intravenous treatments and only one had improved her slightly.
Trusting that all this bad taste has passed, and that everything goes well with the hand of God and wishing that all people who are going through something similar have a speedy recovery.
Ayer en esta consulta, la doctora ya descarto totalmente la cirugia, considera que no es necesaria, dada la recuperación de mi hija, hoy solo le queda un tratamiento de recuperación, con medicamentos, ejercicios y terapias por 2 meses mas gracias a Dios.
Por eso mi agradecimiento primeramente con DIos por su infinita misericordia, y luego con la dra Rosell Morales, por la efectividad de su tratamiento, ya que anterior a eso había hecho 3 tratamientos endovenosos y solo uno la había mejorado levemente.
Confiando que ya todo esté mal sabor haya pasado, y que todo marche bien con la mano de Dios y deseando que todas las personas que estén pasando por algo similar tengan una pronta recuperación.
