Celebration of Our Lady of the Valley (ENG-ESP)

Hello, my dear friends, happy weekend to everyone! Well, I'm a little lost here, actually very lost, ha ha ha, but anyway, here I am again with you to tell you about the day of the Virgen Del Valle on Margarita Island, Venezuela.

Hola mis queridos amigos feliz fin de semana para todos, bueno yo un poco perdida por aquí, bueno muy perdida jajajajaj pero bueno aquí estoy de nuevo con ustedes para contarles sobre el día de la Virgen Del Valle en la isla de Margarita Venezuela.

Well, I always went to the 5 a.m. mass on September 8, which is the day of the Virgin of the Valley, our patron saint of the east, but this time we decided to go to the 12 a.m. mass, since it's the most beautiful one because they set off fireworks and have dances.

Bueno yo siempre iba a la misa de las 5am del día 8 de septiembre que es el día de la Virgen del Valle nuestra patrona de oriente, pero esta vez decidimos ir a la misa de las 12:00am, ya que es la más bonita porque lanzan fuegos artificiales y hacen bailes.

I always walk several kilometers to get to church. It's like paying my penance. I don't know how to explain it, since I ask a lot of my Virgin, and the heat here is not normal, but anyway, we made the walk and got to church. but they hold Mass in a larger area because of the number of people who attend, and it was really too crowded. When we arrived at the church, they were handing out candles in a small box with the Virgin of the Valley painted on it, which is the one I show you in the photo. We stayed for a little while since we left at 10:00 p.m. and arrived at the church at around 10: 40 p.m. We stayed in the church for about an hour and then went to where the mass was being held, but we couldn't find a seat because it was very, very full. However, we managed to find a space to stand and listened to the mass. Everything was really beautiful and peaceful, thanks to God and the Virgin Mary. After the mass, we went home and then got together with the family at home and had a great time. Well, friends, that's it for my post. Thank you for reading. Take care.

Yo siempre camino varios kilómetros para llegar a la iglesia es como pagar mi penitencia no sé cómo explicar ya que yo le pido mucho a mi Virgen y pues el calor aquí no es nada normal, pero bueno se logró la caminata y llegamos a la iglesia, pero la misa la hacen en una parte más grande por la cantidad de personas que van y de verdad que ya tuvo demasiado full, al llegar a la iglesia estaban repartiendo una vela en una cajita con la Virgen del Valle pintada, es la que le muestro en la foto, nos quedamos un ratico ya que nos fuimos desde las 10:00pm y llegamos a la iglesia a eso de las 10:40pm más o menos duramos una hora en la iglesia y después nos fuimos a donde hacen la misa pues no conseguíamos puesto estaba muy pero muy full pero bueno conseguimos un espacio pero parada y pues escuchamos la misa y de verdad que todo estuvo muy bonito todo tranquilo gracias a Dios y a la virgencita y bueno amigos ya al terminar la misa nos fuimos a casa después nos volvimos a reunir en familia en casa y la pasamos muy bien y bueno amigos hasta aquí mi post gracias por leer cuídense mucho.
