Ciąg dalszy przyjemnej wiosennej pogody

Today's weather was a positive surprise again. Although not all of it, the beginning of the day was quite sunny and warm. Only later it became cloudy and rained a little.

Dzisiejszy dzień ponownie pozytywnie zaskoczył pogodą. Co prawda nie cały, ale początek dnia był dość słoneczny i ciepły. Dopiero później zachmurzyło się i trochę popadał deszcz.

After Christmas and New Year's gluttony and lazing around, I am returning to spending my time more actively. I decided to lose about 10 kg by spring.

Po świąteczno-noworocznym obżarstwie i leniuchowaniu, powracam do aktywniejszego spędzania czasu. Postanowiłem zrzucić do wiosny około 10 kg.

For now, I am on the right track, although I am aware that the beginning is the easiest, because the most weight is lost in the first weeks - later it is much more difficult.

Na razie jestem na dobrej drodze, choć mam świadomość, że początek jest najłatwiejszy, bo to w pierwszych tygodniach traci się najwięcej wagi - później jest znacznie trudniej.
