Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi experiencia al cocinar una de mis meriendas favoritas el día de ayer cuando me hallaba en casa y de pronto sentí ganas de comer algo dulce pero no era cualquier antojo por caramelos o galletas no yo quería comer torta de chocolate y como hacía mucho tiempo no comía un trozo de este rico postre quise probar hacer una por mi cuenta ya que por lo general siempre recibo la ayuda de mi madre cuando cocino postres porque ella tiene más experiencia que yo.

Today I want to share with you my experience cooking one of my favorite snacks yesterday when I was at home and suddenly I felt like eating something sweet, but it wasn't just any craving for candy or cookies, I didn't want to eat chocolate cake and Since I hadn't eaten a piece of this delicious dessert in a long time, I wanted to try making one on my own, since I usually always get help from my mother when I cook desserts because she has more experience than me.

Pero en esta ocasión me quise aventurar a cocinar yo sola esta rica torta que ha sido una de mis favoritas, desde niña ya que no soy muy amena a comer dulces a decir verdad suelo comerlos esporádicamente o solo cuando me apetecen lo cual es raro asique cuando tuve este antojo me quise dar el gusto de cumplírmelo y preparar yo sola el pastel que tanto me gusta siguiendo la receta que me dio mi madre reuní y procedí a ir mezclando los ingredientes ya cuando tuve la mezcla lista la vertí en un bol de aluminio y lleve al horno.

But this time I wanted to venture to cook this delicious cake on my own, which has been one of my favorites since I was a child, since I am not very fond of eating sweets, to tell the truth, I usually eat them sporadically or only when I feel like it, which is rare, so, When I had this craving, I wanted to indulge myself and prepare the cake that I like so much by myself, following the recipe my mother gave me. I gathered together and proceeded to mix the ingredients, and when I had the mixture ready, I poured it into an aluminum bowl and the take to the oven.

Cuando estuvo lista procedí a sacarla de la tortera y pasarla a un plato y luego cortar un trozo para comerlo al sentí el sabor dulce y distintivo del chocolate en mi boca junto a la suavidad del bizcocho me sentí de nuevo una niña pequeña que comía su merienda favorita luego del almuerzo y muchos recuerdos llegaron a mí de mis cumpleaños y otros cuando simplemente pasaba la tarde con mi madre y decidíamos hacer cualquier dulce galletas o tortas para matar el tiempo siempre me divirtió y alegró verla cocinar también me encantaba todo lo que hacía ya que sin duda mi mamá tiene un don para la cocina por ello cuando yo la preparé por mi cuenta no fue igual supongo que en cierta forma cuando creces lo que antes resultaba difícil o emocionante se vuelve más monótono una vez eres adulto.

When it was ready I proceeded to take it out of the bowl and transfer it to a plate and then cut a piece to eat it when I felt the sweet and distinctive taste of chocolate in my mouth, together with the softness, of the cake I felt again like a little girl who ate her snack favorite after lunch and many memories came to me from my birthdays and others I when spent the afternoon with my mother and we decided to make any sweets, cookies or cakes to kill time I was always amused to see her cook I also loved everything that I used to do that without a doubt my mom has a gift for cooking, so when I prepared it on my own it was not the same I suppose that in a certain way when you grow up what was difficult or exciting before becomes more monotonous once you are an adult.

Ya que adquieres distintas experiencias maduras y dejas de sentir asombro y expectación por las cosas simples pero los recuerdos aún siguen allí así que mientras estaba allí preparando este postre vinieron a mí y me produjo mucha felicidad y algo de nostalgia de mi niñez pero a la vez satisfacción de haber aprendido cosas nuevas crecer y por ser capaz de lograr ejecutar esta receta que en antaño me parecía compleja y se volvió sencilla y aunque no quedó precisamente perfecta disfrute mucho el proceso de elaboración y el compartirla con mi mamá a la vez que revivimos buenos recuerdos y momentos de antaño y disfrutamos del sabor dulce y encanto de una tarde de postres, chocolate, café con leche y recuerdos.

Since, you acquire different mature experiences and you stop feeling wonder and expectation for the simple things, but the memories are still there so while I was there preparing this dessert they came to me and it gave me a lot of happiness and some nostalgia for my childhood but At the same time, the satisfaction of having learned new things, growing up, and for being able to execute this recipe that in the past seemed complex to me and became simple, and although it was not exactly perfect, I really enjoyed the elaboration process and sharing it with my mother at time we relive good memories and moments of yesteryear and enjoy the sweet taste and charm of an afternoon of desserts, chocolate, coffee with milk and memories.
