I’m a coffee shop explorer, and so far, my experience in Bogotá has been great. I’ve been visiting coffee shops that I know I might like. In general, there are many beautiful coffee shops that offer a unique quality; many of them are specialty coffee shops, and those are the ones I most enjoy visiting. I enjoy learning about their history and the origin of their coffee. I’ve come across some that buy coffee and handle the roasting process themselves, while others have their own farms and manage the entire process—from planting and harvesting all the way to the final cup of coffee.

During my tour, I want to mention that I actually ended up here because I had just gone to do my laundry at a laundromat, and while my clothes were washing, I thought, “I have to go get a coffee.” And honestly, I didn’t have to walk very far because it was on the same block.

I thought this café was really cute. What caught my eye were the desserts—they looked delicious from the outside, and they smelled amazing, too. I usually sit there for a while to enjoy the treats, and, as you know, it’s the perfect excuse to grab a coffee and meet up with friends.

The desserts were absolutely delicious; in fact, we tried a few different ones. For me, the best was the cinnamon roll—I just love this dessert—and it was super soft, with that white syrup and nuts… oh my gosh, I think it’s one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. We also tried the lemon pie, which was really good too, with just the right hint of lemon that I love—as they say, not too much and not too little.

Nótese al belleza y calidad de café que les traigo a continuación.

Soy la mujer exploradora de cafeterias, en la ciudad de Bogota por el momento me ha ido muy bien, visitando cafeterias que se que me podrían gustar, en general hay muchas cafeterias que son preciosas y que tienen una calidad única, muchas de ellas son de especialidad y esas son las que mas me gusta visitar, me gusta conocer su historia y el origen de su café, he coincidido con algunas que compran café y ellos mismos hacen el proceso de tostion, o tambien algunos tienen sus propios cultivos, y hacen el proceso completo desde la siembre, recolección y todo hasta que llega hasta la taza de café.

En mi recorrido quiero comentar que realmente llegue hasta este lugar porque justo fui a lavar mi ropa en una lavandería, entonces mientras la ropa se estaba lavando yo dije tengo que ir a buscar un café y al verdad es que no tuve que caminar mucho porque estaban en la misma cuadra.

Para esta cafeteria que me pareció muy bonita, lo que me llamo fueron los postres que desde afuera se veían deliciosos, pero tambien olía muy rico, suelo sentarme un buen rato a disfrutar de los productos, y ya saben que es la excusa perfecta tomar un café y quedar con amigas.

Los postres estuvieron demasiado deliciosos, de hecho probamos algunos diferentes, en donde para mi el mejor fue el roll de canela, es que me encanta este postre, y estaba super suavecito y con ese sirope blanco con frutos secos dios mío, creo que es uno de los mejores que me he comido en la vida, tambien probamos el pie de limón, que tambien estuvo muy rico, con el toque de limón exacto que me encanta, como se dice ni muy muy ni tan tan.
