Wedding Invitation, Outfit Done!!

I went to a wedding, and this was the outfit I wore:
I want to tell you how happy it made me to accompany the beautiful couple at their wedding ceremony, where I had the pleasure of being invited and attending. It was my first wedding as an adult guest; I’d been to a few others, but only when I was very young, so this time I went with a new awareness and a different perspective on life.

The outfit I’m here to show you is as follows: First of all, the invitation specified the dress code, which explicitly stated that it had to be a long dress or evening gown. I chose this gorgeous piece—as soon as I tried it on, I knew it was the one. It’s a dark blue silk dress that falls just above the knees, with an open back, and I also wore white espadrilles with a short heel. At first, I thought black heels might look great, but when I saw these white shoes, I knew they’d be the perfect color—they don’t make the outfit look too dark, and they brighten it up a bit. I styled my hair in a ponytail with bangs, and honestly, I loved it.

An important note about the outfit is that I brought a faux-fur jacket because I knew it would get cold at some point—and it did. At some point during the night, it got so cold that I was shivering, but I realized it actually looked really good.

Me fui a una boda y este fue el outfit que use:
Quiero contarles que me hace feliz acompañar a la hermosa pareja en la ceremonia de union donde tuve el placer de ser invitada y asistir, fue m primera boda como invitada adult, había asistido a algunas otras pero solo cuando era muy pequeña, así que esta vez fui con consciencia y con diferente perspectiva de vida.

El outfit que les vine a presentar es el siguiente: empezando porque en la invitación estaba plasmado el código de vestimenta que decía explícitamente que debía ser vestido largo o de fiesta, yo elegí esta preciosura que hasta que me lo medí dije este es, y es un vestido azul oscuro en seda por encima de las rodillas, con un corte abierto en la espalda, y tambien use unos zapatos de puya con tacón corto en color blanco, al principio pensé que se podría ver muy bien con unos tacones en color negro, pero al ver estos zapatos blancos supe que esos serian el color perfecto, no oscurece el outfit, y me ilumina un poco, me hice un peinado de cola de caballo con un fleco y la verdad es que me encanto.

Anotación importante en el outfit, es que me lleve una chaqueta de pelos sintéticos porque sabia que en algún momento habría frio, y así fue, en algún momento de la noche empezó a hacer tanto frio que temblaba pero me di cuenta que si quedaba muy bien.
