Geisha Variety From A Coffee Gift!!

People who know me know that I really like coffee. I've been lucky enough to always receive gifts of coffee to make at home, and I feel very blessed for that. This time, I received coffee brought from Panama, and if I may tell you, it's a rather exotic and rare variety called Geisha. It's one of the most special coffees that exists among the varieties, So, I received this gift and wanted to share my experience with you, of course.

The first thing I did was smell it. It has a very fruity or citrusy aroma. I can't quite describe it, but it's somewhere between those two. The coffee was already ground, which made it much easier for me to prepare because, as I mentioned before, I don't have a grinder yet.

I used a French press to prepare it and obtain the elixir. It's the method I use at home because, apart from being very easy to use, it's very easy to clean, and I really love how the coffee turns out. To be honest, it's quite mild, knowing that I use a smaller amount than what is originally used for a cup of coffee, even so, I think it tastes pretty good. It's not bitter, it's a coffee that people might really like.

The best thing about trying this coffee is that I shared it with the other people in the house. We all loved it, and we had never tried a coffee from Panama before, so we were delighted and very grateful for the gift. This is a time for sharing, so we took advantage of the moment.

La gente que me conoce sabe que me gusta mucho el café, he corrido con la suerte de siempre recibir regalos en forma de café para preparar en casa, me siento muy bendecida por esto, y esta vez recibí un café traído desde Panamá, y si me permites contarte, es una variedad bastante exótica y rara llamada geisha, es uno de los cafés mas especiales que existen entre variedad, así que recibí este regalo y quise compartí mi experiencia con ustedes claro esta.

Lo primero que hice fue olerlo, es un aroma bastante frutal o digamos cítrico no sabría expresarlo bien pero esta entre esos dos jaja, el café ya estaba molido, por lo que se me hizo mucho mas fácil para la preparación, porque como les comente en una situación anterior no tengo molino aun.

Use prensa francesa para la preparación y obtener el elixir, es el método que utilizo en casa, porque aparte de ser muy fácil de usar es muy fácil de limpiar y realmente me encanta como queda el café, siendo sincera es bastante suave, sabiendo que yo utilizo una cantidad mas pequeña que la que originalmente se utiliza para una taza de café, aun así creo que sabe bastante bien, no es amargo, es un café que le puede gustar mucho a la gente.

Lo mejor de probar este café es que lo compartí con las demás personas de la casa, a todos nos encanto, y no habíamos probado un café de panamá, entonces quedamos encantados y muy agradecidos por el regalo, esta época es bastante de compartir así que se aprovecho el momento.
