Drinking A Lot Of Good Coffee.

I recently had the chance to visit a café that I’d already been looking forward to, and I must say that the experience lived up to my expectations and even managed to pleasantly surprise me.

My order consisted of an Americano accompanied by a breakfast of eggs in Neapolitan sauce, Parmesan cheese and slices of toast. Although the whole breakfast was delicious, the real star of the show was, without a doubt, the coffee.

From the very first sip, I could tell the quality and care that had gone into making it. The American coffee had an intense, pleasant aroma, with a balanced flavour that brought out its natural notes without being bitter or overly strong. It was the sort of coffee that invites you to savour every moment at a leisurely pace, appreciating every detail of the cup. The temperature was perfect and the freshness of the coffee was clearly evident, making it one of the best I’ve tasted in a long time.

The breakfast was the perfect finishing touch to the experience. The eggs in Neapolitan sauce had a delicious combination of flavours, whilst the Parmesan cheese added a special touch that really elevated the dish. In fact, I liked this dish so much that I ended up incorporating it into my breakfasts at home, trying to recreate that same sensation I enjoyed during my visit.

However, what really sticks in my mind is the quality of the coffee. It’s the sort of drink that makes you want to come back, not just for the taste, but for the whole experience it offers. It was certainly a very satisfying visit and proof that, when there’s good coffee on the table, any breakfast can become a memorable occasion.

Recientemente tuve la oportunidad de visitar una cafetería que ya despertaba en mí muy buenas expectativas, y debo decir que la experiencia estuvo a la altura de lo que esperaba, e incluso logró sorprenderme gratamente.

Mi pedido consistió en un café americano acompañado de un desayuno de huevos en salsa napolitana, queso parmesano y rebanadas de pan tostado. Aunque todo el desayuno estuvo delicioso, el verdadero protagonista de la experiencia fue, sin duda, el café.

Desde el primer sorbo pude notar la calidad y el cuidado con el que fue preparado. El café americano tenía un aroma intenso y agradable, con un sabor equilibrado que resaltaba sus notas naturales sin resultar amargo ni excesivamente fuerte. Fue de esos cafés que invitan a disfrutar cada momento con calma, apreciando cada detalle de la taza. La temperatura era perfecta y la frescura del café se percibía claramente, convirtiéndolo en uno de los mejores que he probado en mucho tiempo.

El desayuno complementó muy bien la experiencia. Los huevos en salsa napolitana tenían una combinación de sabores deliciosa, mientras que el queso parmesano aportaba un toque especial que elevaba el plato. De hecho, me gustó tanto esta preparación que terminé incorporándola a mis desayunos en casa, intentando recrear esa misma sensación que disfruté durante la visita.

Sin embargo, lo que realmente permanece en mi memoria es la calidad del café. Es el tipo de bebida que hace que uno quiera regresar, no solo por el sabor, sino por la experiencia completa que ofrece. Sin duda, fue una visita muy satisfactoria y una confirmación de que, cuando un buen café está presente, cualquier desayuno puede convertirse en un momento memorable.
