Commitment By Today Is Taking The Sunlight Dosis.
One of the things I love most about my day is waking up early. I take advantage of this time to go to the park with my girls, and sometimes I grab a coffee there and enjoy the morning—the lovely sunshine fills me with energy. I want to emphasize that I really love the morning; I’m the kind of person who prefers to be active in the world during the early hours, but above all because I love the sun just as it rises—that’s what I clearly enjoy the most. So, as the day begins, I’m filled with energy because I know I’ll be busy for the rest of the day, and what better way to start it than this?
Another part of my routine is gratitude, and of course I take advantage of the morning to give thanks for these beautiful things that surround me and that I certainly enjoy. The rest are responsibilities—they don’t weigh me down, but they’re a bit more tedious and basically take up a large part of my time, haha. For many, this is called adulthood.

Unas de las cosas que mas me gusta hacer en el dia es despertar temprano para esto aprovecho y voy con mis cachorras al parque y ahi aprovecho en ocasiones a comprar un café y disfrutar de la mañana un solecito rico que me llena de energía, quiero destacar que me encanta mucho la mañana soy una persona que prefiere existir activamente en este mundo en la hora matutina, pero sobre todo porque me encanta el sol que recién sale, es el que mas disfruto claramente, entonces as empieza el dia como me lleno de energía porque el resto de dia se que estaré ocupada y que mejor que empezarlo de esta manera.
Otra parte de la rutina es el agradecimiento, y claro que aprovecho en a mañana para el agradecimiento por estas cosas tan hermosas que me acompañan y que por supuesto que disfruto, ya lo demás son responsabilidades, que no me pesan pero ya están un poco mas aburridas y básicamente se llevan una gran parte de mi tiempo jaja para muchos se llama etapa de adultez.
