I am always pleased to try a cup of coffee accompanied with a small dessert, even without it, it is also excellent for me being a coffee lover without denying it, this has been an afternoon of talk and projects, release of emotional burdens, and business, there have been many things in this afternoon that gives room and makes room for new and ambitious life projects, that without leaving aside what is already structuring process, an afternoon where the coffee to start is of origin and the truth is that I have chosen this place as one of the favorite places to go for my cup of coffee if necessary a day, it is usually my pre-workout, for the rage that causes my body, I love the energy that it gives off and how well I train when this is part of the routine, this time was a day of talks as I mentioned, it was not directly linked to physical exercise but with more mental exercise.

The dessert I chose to accompany it is called alfajor, it is a type of sandwich filled with arequipe, and has a sugar coating, zero valid for the gym but valid to sin, lately I have been carried away by sugar and its charm, but it is something that is already under control or so I think I'm doing now, the moment deserved without guilt the pleasure of living it, besides I like to take pictures and show you always the different things that I love to try in the different places I go.

A curious fact about this coffee shop that I visit a few times a week since it is a little close to my house, it is on the way to the gym, and I really like their coffee, there are not many of these so close or at least that I know, well the curious fact is that they always serve coffee in disposable cups, which I do not like because the coffee absorbs the flavor of the paper and does not taste the same, I made the wise question of whether they had cups for coffee, and since then they serve it in ceramic cup and it tastes amazing.

Siempre me complace probar una taza de café acompañada con un pequeño postre, incluso sin el, también es excelente para mi siendo una coffee lover sin negarlo, esta ha sido una tarde de habladuría y proyectos, de liberación de cargas emocionales, y de negocios, han habido muchas cosas en esta tarde que da lugar y hace espacio a nuevos y ambiciosos proyectos de vida, eso sin dejar de lado lo que ya esta proceso estructuración, una tarde donde el café para empezar es de origen y la verdad es que he escogido este lugar como uno de los predilectos para ir por mi taza de café si es necesario al dia, por lo general es mi pre-entreno, por el furor que le causa a mi cuerpo, me encanta la energía que este hace desprender y lo bien que entreno cuando este es parte de la rutina, por esta vez fue un dia de platicas como he mencionado, no estaba ligado directamente con el ejercicio fisico sino con mas ejercicio mental.

El postre que elegí para acompañar es llamado alfajor, es un tipo sándwich relleno de arequipe, y tiene una cobertura de azúcar, cero valido para el gym pero valido para pecar, últimamente me he dejado llevar del azúcar y su encanto, pero es algo que ya esta bajo control o eso creo que estoy haciendo ahora, el momento ameritaba sin culpa el placer de vivirlo, aparte me gusta tomar las fotos y mostrarles a ustedes siempre las diferentes cosas que me encantan probar en los diferentes lugares a los que voy.

Un dato curioso de esta cafetería que visito algunas veces por semana ya que queda un poco cerca a mi casa, queda en el camino hacia el gymnasio, y me gusta mucho su café, no hay muchas de estas tan cerca o al menos que yo conozca, bueno el dato curioso es que siempre sirven el café en vasos desechables, el cual no me gusta porque el café absorbe el sabor del papel y ya no sabe igual, hice la sabia pregunta de si tenían tazas para el café, y desde entonces me lo sirven en taza de cerámica y sabe increíble.
