Greetings to all. The visit of those in charge of the System at the National Level from Caracas to our nucleus in Pueblo Nuevo was a much awaited and significant event for all of us. The day began with a warm welcome, where we highlighted the importance of their presence to strengthen the ties between the System and our community.
During the visit, we had the opportunity to present a variety of programs we have implemented, each designed to enrich the musical and cultural education of our students. The following are the programs that were on display:
Musical Initiation Program: this program is fundamental to introduce the youngest students to the world of music. We presented the recreational and pedagogical activities we use to develop basic musical skills, fostering a love for music from an early age.
Symphonic Initiation Nucleus (NIS): It was explained how this program offers children and young people the opportunity to begin their training in a symphonic environment, where they can learn to play orchestral instruments and work together with other musicians.
Children's and Youth Orchestra: We showed the work done by our orchestras, which have allowed students to apply what they have learned in a group context. Visitors were able to listen to fragments of rehearsals and appreciate the progress of the young musicians.
Choral: We presented our choral program, where students develop their vocal skills and learn to interpret different musical styles. A brief demonstration was given, which impressed the visitors.
Beginning Orchestra: This program is aimed at those who are beginning their journey in orchestral music. The importance of this stage to cultivate teamwork and musical discipline was emphasized.
ALMA Llanera Program: We showed how this program celebrates and promotes llanera music, integrating local rhythms and traditions into the curriculum. Visitors were able to enjoy a short presentation that highlighted the cultural richness of our region.
In addition to the musical programs, time was also devoted to showcasing the administrative side of the center. We presented how we manage resources, organize activities and maintain effective communication with families and the community. We discussed the administrative challenges we face and the strategies implemented to overcome them, as well as the importance of collaboration with the National Level System for the success of our initiatives.
The visit culminated with a question and answer session, where those in charge of the System shared their impressions and suggestions, which generated an enriching dialogue about the future of our programs and the possibility of new collaborations.
The visit was a great success, strengthening our relationship with the Sistema at a national level and motivating us to continue working for the musical and cultural development of our community in Pueblo Nuevo.

Saludos para todos. La visita de los encargados del Sistema a Nivel Nacional desde Caracas a nuestro núcleo en Pueblo Nuevo fue un evento muy esperado y significativo para todos nosotros. La jornada comenzó con una cálida bienvenida, donde se destacó la importancia de su presencia para fortalecer los lazos entre el Sistema y nuestra comunidad.
Durante la visita, tuvimos la oportunidad de presentar una variedad de programas que hemos implementado, cada uno diseñado para enriquecer la educación musical y cultural de nuestros estudiantes. A continuación, se detallan los programas que se mostraron:
Programa de Iniciación Musical: Este programa es fundamental para introducir a los más jóvenes en el mundo de la música. Se presentaron las actividades lúdicas y pedagógicas que utilizamos para desarrollar habilidades musicales básicas, fomentando el amor por la música desde temprana edad.
Núcleo de Iniciación Sinfónica (NIS): Se explicó cómo este programa ofrece a los niños y jóvenes la oportunidad de comenzar su formación en un ambiente sinfónico, donde pueden aprender a tocar instrumentos de orquesta y trabajar en conjunto con otros músicos.
Orquesta Infantil y Juvenil: Se mostró el trabajo realizado por nuestras orquestas, que han permitido a los estudiantes aplicar lo aprendido en un contexto grupal. Los visitantes pudieron escuchar fragmentos de ensayos y apreciar el progreso de los jóvenes músicos.
Coral: Presentamos nuestro programa coral, donde los estudiantes desarrollan sus habilidades vocales y aprenden a interpretar diferentes estilos musicales. Se realizó una breve demostración que dejó impresionados a los visitantes.
Orquesta de Iniciación: Este programa está dirigido a aquellos que están comenzando su camino en la música orquestal. Se destacó la importancia de esta etapa para cultivar el trabajo en equipo y la disciplina musical.
Programa ALMA Llanera: Mostramos cómo este programa celebra y promueve la música llanera, integrando ritmos y tradiciones locales en el currículo. Los visitantes pudieron disfrutar de una pequeña presentación que resaltó la riqueza cultural de nuestra región.
Además de los programas musicales, también se dedicó tiempo a mostrar la parte administrativa del núcleo. Presentamos cómo gestionamos los recursos, organizamos actividades y mantenemos una comunicación efectiva con las familias y la comunidad. Se discutieron los retos administrativos que enfrentamos y las estrategias implementadas para superarlos, así como la importancia de la colaboración con el Sistema a Nivel Nacional para el éxito de nuestras iniciativas.
La visita culminó con una sesión de preguntas y respuestas, donde los encargados del Sistema compartieron sus impresiones y sugerencias, lo que generó un diálogo enriquecedor sobre el futuro de nuestros programas y la posibilidad de nuevas colaboraciones.
La visita fue un gran éxito, fortaleciendo nuestra relación con el Sistema a Nivel Nacional y motivándonos a seguir trabajando por el desarrollo musical y cultural de nuestra comunidad en Pueblo Nuevo.
