Visitando la Feria de Pascua en la Plaza Osorio 🐰 [ESP-ENG]

Algo que noté apenas llegué a Curitiba es que esta es una ciudad en la que se realizan muchísimas ferias y que siempre siempre hay un motivo y una temática para estas. Desde que vivo aquí he ido a varias de estas ferias pero la primera y una de las más bonitas a las que fui fue la Feria de Pascua la cual se realizó en la Plaza Osorio en el centro de la ciudad durante el mes de abril por motivo de la Semana Santa.

Something I noticed as soon as I arrived in Curitiba is that this is a city where many fairs are held and there is always a reason and a theme for them. Since I lived here I have been to several of these fairs but the first and one of the most beautiful I went to was the Easter Fair which was held in Plaza Osorio in the city center during the month of April for Holy Week.

Esta feria estuvo activa durante 2 semanas y poco antes de que acabara fuimos a verla. Una tarde después del trabajo nos fuimos directo a la Plaza Osorio y llegando nos dispusimos a caminar por todo el lugar. Pasamos por cada uno de los Stands de emprendedores viendo todo lo que estos vendían y por ser una feria de pascua lo que predominaba era todo tipo de artículos referentes a esta temática como huevos de pascua de adorno, conejos de pascua tanto en peluche como tejidos a crochet, todo tipo de adornos para el hogar con temática de conejo, llaveros, adornos impresos en 3D y hasta galletas decoradas y dulces.

This fair ran for two weeks, and shortly before it ended, we went to check it out. One afternoon after work, we headed straight to Plaza Osorio and, upon arriving, set out to explore the entire place. We stopped by each of the entrepreneurs' stands, looking at everything they were selling. Since it was an Easter fair, the main items on offer were all kinds of Easter-themed items, such as decorative Easter eggs, stuffed and crocheted Easter bunnies, all kinds of bunny-themed home decorations, keychains, 3D-printed ornaments, and even decorated cookies and candy.

Parte de los Stands tenían una gran variedad de plantas de todo tipo y tamaño, todas en lindas macetas pintadas y decoradas, tanto con temática de pascua así como con otros diseños y ya que yo quería comprar un recuerdito de mi visita a esta feria lo que más me gustó de todo lo que vi fue una planta de estas, lo difícil fue decidir cuál de todas y con qué maceta sería la que compraría.

Some of the stands had a wide variety of plants of all types and sizes, all in beautiful painted and decorated pots, both with an Easter theme as well as other designs. Since I wanted to buy a souvenir of my visit to this fair, what I liked most of all that I saw was one of these plants. The difficult thing was deciding which one and which pot I would buy.

Al final me decidí por una suculenta pequeña en una macetita en forma de taza, la cual tuvo un valor de R$ 10 (unos 1.88$ aproximadamente).

After buying my souvenir, we walked around a bit more, took some photos, and then left. I really enjoyed visiting this fair, and since then, I always go to all the ones held in that plaza. It's a very pleasant, family-friendly environment, perfect for spending a different kind of day, especially if we go with friends.

Luego de comprar mi recuerdito dimos una vuelta más, tomamos algunas fotos y luego nos fuimos. Me gustó mucho haber visitado esta feria y desde esa vez siempre voy a todas las que hacen en esa plaza, pues, es un ambiente bastante agradable, familiar y perfecto para pasar un día diferente, sobre todo si vamos en compañía de amigos.

In the end, I decided on a small succulent in a cup-shaped pot, which cost R$10 (approximately $1.88). After buying my souvenir, we walked around a bit more, took some photos, and then left. I really enjoyed visiting this fair, and since then, I always go to all the ones held in that plaza. It's a very pleasant, family-friendly environment, perfect for spending a different kind of day, especially if we go with friends.
