Photos next to the statue of "Alexander of Humboldt"

Revisando entre las fotos que tengo pendientes por publicar me conseguí con estas que fueron de mi viaje a Caripe el año pasado (casi cumplen un año). Estas fotos fueron tomadas dentro de las instalaciones del Monumento Natural Alejandro de Humboldt, lugar donde se ubica la famosa Cueva del Guácharo.

Looking through the photos that I have pending to publish I found these that were from my trip to Caripe last year (they are almost a year old). These photos were taken within the facilities of the Alejandro de Humboldt Natural Monument, where the famous Guácharo Cave is located.

Mientras paseaba por el lugar me conseguí con esta estatua del mismo Alejandro de Humboldt a quien se debe el nombre de este maravilloso espacio y por supuesto mi primer pensamiento fue tomar algunas fotos, el sol estaba bastante fuerte pero merecía la pena soportarlo un poco con tal de retratar ese momento y ese viaje.

While I was walking around the place I came across this statue of the same Alexander of Humboldt to whom this wonderful space is named and of course my first thought was to take some photos, the sun was quite strong but it was worth enduring a little in order to portray that moment and that journey.
