Petit retour photographique sur l'île de Kounta Kinteh Island, située au beau milieu du fleuve Gambie et tristement célèbre pour avoir été le lieu de batailles entre Français et Anglais se disputant ainsi un haut lieu du marché d'esclaves. Et oui, on ne décide pas de l'héritage que l'on reçoit ! Mais nous y avons fait escale. Des murs effondrés, des canons, et des baobabs qui semblent avoir peur de pousser sur ce cailloux plein de souvenirs hantés.Aujourd'hui, il y fait bon s'arrêter pour regarder le fleuve couler et le temps passer. L'endroit est calme et paisible comme un peu partout le long de ce fleuve incroyable.
