🇬🇧 Here you can see an island of white sand located on the top of the outer coral reef. The accumulation of coral debris gathered by waves and currents allows the appearance of white sand islands like this one. The low tide makes them appear. A perfect place for photography and tourist souvenirs, but less well equipped to protect themselves from the sun!! The other two photographs offer views of M'Tsamboro islet. Until a few years ago, it was the paradise of dry and indigenous forest vegetation. Unfortunately, the islet has been devastated by illegal agriculture. Banana trees have proliferated and native vegetation has almost completely disappeared. The workers are often illegal, the owners Mahorais, and the services of the State asleep and ruined... |
