| Je n'y connais rien... Définitivement rien, ou presque... Mais on a parfois besoin d'une justification quelconque pour se bouger à aller faire une balade. Cette fois-ci la justification m'est venue de la plus grande spécialiste en botanique que je connaisse. Un petit message et une histoire comme quoi il y aurait dans l'arrière pays varois, autour de Belgentier, une orchidée sauvage et endemmique de la région. Je suis rentré visiter la famille en vacances et j'habite à moins de 10kms des lieux. Je n'ai jamais entendu parlé de cette fleur pour la simple raison énoncée en première ligne, je n'y connais rien ! Par contre trouver quelque chose dans la Nature, ça j'y arrrive parfois. Après une rapide revue de presse sur le net, je me suis décidé d'une zone de recherche et me suis rendu sur les lieux avec mon appareil photo. Ma recherche de la précieuse Orphrys Philippi, (en photo au tout début de cet article) s'est rapidement transformée en balade botanique et en capture photos de fleurs en tout genre. I know nothing about it... Definitely nothing, or almost... But sometimes you need some kind of justification to go for a walk. This time the justification came to me from the greatest botanist I know. A small message and a story that there would be in the hinterland of Var, around Belgentier, a wild and endemic orchid of the region. I returned to visit the family on vacation and I live less than 10kms from the place. I have never heard of this flower for the simple reason stated in the first line, I know nothing about it! However, finding something in nature, that I sometimes do. After a quick press review on the net, I decided on a search area and went to the scene with my camera. My search for the precious Orphrys Philippi, (pictured at the very beginning of this article) quickly turned into a botanical walk and captured photos of flowers of all kinds.
