My Actifit Report Card: August 31 2026
Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday's activities started as most days with our daily walk and Kaia rushing to the forest.
But I had to quickly stop her, because this nest is still there. The City is taking its time to respond. I wouldn't mind calling a professional myself, but since it's technically on the city property, I'm not sure I can.
So anyways, Le Chat was a good distraction for Kaia.
But Le Chat didn't seem happy when we left for a few loops in the neighborhood.
Anybody reading this must know this intersection, I show it so often. But I just like it, it's a good place to start our steps in the neighborhood!
On the way back, we found an alternate entrance to the forest.
So much more fun, in the forest and off-leash!
Since it hadn't been a very active day, we added a short night walk to wrap up the activity for the day.
Again, not very active, and I have no idea how I can be ready for my half marathon in about 11 days now. Oh well, no need to worry, we'll walk a bit if we have to!

Thanks! And sorry I wasn't very responsive the last few weeks ago, I hate typing replies or anything really on my phone (although im doing that right now).
The nest was taken car of, so starting tomorrow, we should be able to go into our forest normally. And yes, the neighborhood is a great place to fall back on when the forest is guarded by stinging insects!
