Shadow Hunters Community Contest SMASh - Round 438
Yesterday around noon, I stopped by my mother’s apartment to visit her and pick up some groceries she needed, since, given her age, she doesn’t go out much—and certainly doesn’t drive long distances.
After dropping off the groceries, I took advantage of the sunny day to look for some shaded spots to photograph in the lobby of her building, and as has been my habit every time I go there, I usually find something interesting and don’t come back empty-handed.
As I have described before, I usually make use of the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed, in order to improve or highlight some element of my images.

Ayer cerca del mediodía, pasé por el apartamento de mi madre a visitarla, además de comprarle algunos alimentos que necesitaba, ya que por su edad no suele salir mucho, y menos aún, manejar grandes distancias.
Luego de dejarle las compras, aproveché el día soleado, para buscar sombras para fotografiar en el lobby de entrada de su edificio, y como ha sido costumbre cada vez que voy allá, suelo encontrar algo interesante y no regresar con las manos vacías.
Como he descrito anteriormente, usualmente hago uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed, con el objetivo de mejorar o destacar algún elemento de mis imágenes.
