Youth is a concept that identifies the period between childhood and adulthood.

The United Nations defines it as the stage that begins at the age of 15 and lasts until the age of 25, although there are no precise limits in this regard. The longer life expectancy currently observed means that, in some respects, people in their 40s are considered to be young.

This pair of photographs from my personal archive, correspond to the Graduation Ceremony of the older of my two sons, who early last year obtained his degree in Computer Engineering after fulfilling all the academic requirements demanded by the university authorities.

In the images you can see my son in the company of his girlfriend, during the photo session on campus after the end of the event held in the auditorium of the institution.

As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.

La juventud es un concepto que permite identificar al periodo del ser humano que se ubica entre la infancia y la adultez.

La Organización de las Naciones Unidas la define como la etapa que se inicia a los 15 y se prolonga hasta los 25 años de vida de toda persona, aunque no existen límites precisos al respecto. Las mayores expectativas de vida que se observan actualmente, hacen que, en ciertos aspectos, personas de 40 años sean consideradas como jóvenes.

Este par de fotografías de mi archivo personal, corresponden al Acto de Grado del mayor de mis dos hijos, quien a principios del año pasado obtuvo su título de Ingeniero en Computación tras cumplir con todos los requisitos académicos exigidos por las autoridades universitarias.

En las imágenes se puede observar a mi hijo en compañía de su novia, durante la sesión fotográfica en el campus luego de que culminara el acto realizado en el auditorio de la institución.

Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
