Whispers

Whisper refers to a very low tone of voice, i.e., speaking at a low volume and in a soft manner.

By extension, it is also called whisper to the low intensity sound made by certain things. Beyond people, certain elements of nature are attributed the ability to whisper, such as the wind and the sea that can generate a faint sound that is often described as a whisper.

This pair of photos from my personal archive were taken some years ago in a sunflower field located on the side of the road outside the city of Araure, in the western Venezuelan plains.

As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.

Susurro se refiere a un tono de voz muy bajo, es decir, a un hablar a bajo volúmen y de manera suave.

Por extensión, también se le llama susurro al sonido de poca intensidad que realizan ciertas cosas. Más allá de las personas, a ciertos elementos de la naturaleza se les atribuye la capacidad de susurrar, como el viento y el mar que pueden generar un sonido tenue que frecuentemente es calificado como un susurro.

Este par de fotos pertenecientes a mi archivo personal, las tomé algunos años atrás en un sembradío de girasoles ubicado a un costado de la vía en las afueras de la ciudad de Araure, en los llanos occidentales venezolanos.

Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
