Devotion

Devotion is a feeling of deep respect, admiration, or emotion that one person has for another person, an institution, or an ideology. Devotion is usually related to love, fervor, and veneration manifested within religion.

The term refers to total surrender to a mystical experience, generally toward God or a saint.

Among the various images I managed to capture during the recent procession of the Divina Pastora, there are a couple of photographs that show devotion to the sacred image of the Virgin from two different perspectives.

As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.

Devoción

La devoción es es un sentimiento de profundo respeto, admiración o emoción de una persona respecto a otra persona, una institución o una ideología. Usualmente la devoción está relacionada con el amor, el fervor y la veneración que se manifiesta dentro de la religión.

El término hace referencia a la entrega total a una experiencia mística, generalmente r hacia Dios o un santo.

Entre las diversas imágenes que logré capturar durante la reciente procesión de la Divina Pastora, se encuentra este par de fotografías donde se muestra la devoción hacia la sagrada imagen desde dos perspectivas diferentes.

Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
