PhotoFeed Contest - Macro Photography Round 135: Fleshy [ENG/ESP]

Succulents are a variety plants characterized by their thick, fleshy leaves and stems.
They are generally found in hot, dry climates, such as deserts, and have specialized organs for storing large amounts of water, allowing them to survive for long periods without rain, unlike plants that lack this adaptation.
They are a very diverse group of plants, including cacti, agaves, and other families.
My mother belongs to a local gardening club, so she has a great love and knowledge of horticulture and floral design, and as you might expect, she has a large number of plants on the balcony of her apartment, where these succulents have always caught my attention because of their size and geometric shapes.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
Carnoso
Las suculentas son una variedad de plantas caracterizadas por sus hojas y tallos gruesos y carnosos.
Generalmente se encuentran en climas cálidos y secos, como los desiertos, y poseen algún órgano especializado en el almacenamiento de agua en grandes cantidades, lo les permiten sobrevivir durante largos períodos sin lluvias, a diferencia de aquellas plantas que carecen de esta adaptación.
Constituyen un grupo muy diverso de plantas, entre las cuales, destacan los cactus, pero también se encuentran los agaves y otras familias.
Mi madre pertenece a un club local de jardinería, por lo que posee una gran afición y conocimientos de horticultura y diseño floral, y como es de suponer, tiene una gran cantidad de plantas en el balcón de su apartamento, y donde estas suculentas siempre han captado mi atención por su tamaño, además de sus formas geométricas.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.

Excelente post de verdad que sí la verdad es una planta muy interesante de hecho a primera impresión pareciera ser una planta artificial en los casos que la he visto y también es muy interesante como hoy en día por ejemplo en mi barrio muchas personas han empezado esta afición de la jardinería
