City Postcards

Last Monday, I had to take my car to the mechanic because it was having some problems starting.

Since then, I've had to walk to work, buy groceries, and run personal errands. Beyond getting me where I need to go and giving me a little exercise, this has also allowed me to observe the city more closely and take pictures of it.

This residential building has always caught my attention, but since I usually drive, it wasn't until these past few days that I was able to take some photos of it.

As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.

Postales de la Ciudad

El pasado lunes tuve que llevar mi carro al taller mecánico por presentar algunos problemas con el encendido del motor.

Desde entonces, para trabajar, comprar alimentos o realizar diligencias personales, he tenido que caminar, lo que más allá de poder trasladarme a donde necesito, o incluso, ejercitarme un poco, también me permitido poder observar con mayor detenimiento la ciudad y fotografiarla.

Este edificio residencial siempre me ha llamado la atención, pero como normalmente ando manejando no ha sido sinó en estos pocos días, en los que he podido tomarle algunas fotos.

Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
