A perfect village afternoon šŸŒ…šŸƒšŸ’«

Hi Hive community friends! I hope you all are having a wonderful time. Welcome to my blog. I’m having a great time myself because I’ve come to my grandmother’s house in the village. My brother and I enjoy the natural surroundings whenever we are here. Sometimes I go out for a walk, and today was no exception. As soon as it became evening, I stepped out to enjoy nature.šŸƒšŸŒ³

The fresh air, flowers, and greenery all captivated me. Today’s weather was very pleasant—light breeze, cloudy sky, with occasional light rain. Near my grandmother’s house, there is an old banyan tree. According to my grandmother, this tree is probably around 40 years old. I used to swing from its vines when I was little.

Next to it is a huge pond that brings back memories of my childhood. This place has always been very dear to me, and whenever I visit my grandmother’s house, I spend time here every day. The banyan tree’s vines hang down to the ground, penetrate into the soil, and gradually thicken over time, casting a widespread shade.

After spending some time there, I went to the nearby high school, where there are various trees with flowers and fruits. There is a bakul tree with a seating area built around it. Sitting there, I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The school playground is quite large. While walking there, I rested under the bakul tree. Surrounded by such fresh air and greenery, the fragrance of the bakul flowers was truly incomparable. These small fruits are edible when ripe. As a child, I used to string the bakul flowers into garlands and wear them. Especially in the early morning, the ground under the bakul tree is covered with fallen flowers, filling the surroundings with their delightful scent. This is an experience that can hardly be enjoyed without visiting the village.

On the way back, there is a small roadside market selling sugarcane juice. They extract the juice from sugarcane using a machine and sell it. I bought two glasses, one for each of us. This natural juice was cold and sweet, refreshing both mind and soul. Truly, seeing the marvels of nature leaves me in awe. The juice didn’t need any added sugar or extras, yet it had an exquisite natural taste.šŸ„¤šŸ„›

This is how my whole afternoon went. My brother and I enjoyed the outdoors and the natural drinks. Each glass only cost 10 Taka.

I’ve shared some moments and pictures of the natural surroundings with you. I’d love to hear what you think about my favorite banyan tree and the pond area. I personally love it very much. Have you ever had sugarcane juice? Please share in the comments. Also, tell me what you think about the pictures I shared. Which trees and flowers are there in your area, and which scents do you love? Don’t forget to let me know!šŸŒæšŸ’š
