🪷 A beautiful evening at padoo lake 🪷

Welcome to my new blog.
How was your day today? My day went really well. In the afternoon, we went to visit Padma Beel. It is about 4 kilometers ahead of Mohimaganj, inside a village. We all went there together by car.

On the way, we stopped at Mohimaganj station to eat fuchka. We spent some time there chatting and enjoying ourselves. Then we started again towards Padma Beel. After around 10 minutes from Mohimaganj, we reached Padma Beel.

It’s a very large lotus-covered lake in the middle of the village. The beauty of it is truly mesmerizing. I was just looking around in wonder. There was a boatman there who was taking people around the lotus flowers by boat. We got on the boat and toured the beel. While exploring, I noticed an egg lying on some aquatic plants in the water. Its shape and color surprised me. I don’t know what kind of egg it was—if you know, please let me know.

During the boat ride, we took some pictures, picked some lotus flowers, and also collected lotus seeds. The raw lotus seeds tasted really good—I tried them for the first time. We also collected vet (water caltrops). I had eaten them before; from these, puffed grains are also made.

We spent the whole afternoon there enjoying nature. In the evening, we started our return journey. I’ve shared some pictures with you all. Do you like lotuses? Have you ever been there? Share your experiences with me.
