There are still pay phones out there.
Driving back from Virginia, stopped at this gas station off the Interstate. Ask inside if the phone really worked. Yep the woman said but she never personally tried it. She also said there was one back by the rest rooms. So I had to check that one out.

I have not seen one even in the travelstops for several years.
It was a small old truck stop area. Across the street was a big over night stop for you guys.
I have not seen a payphone in many many years. I remember when it was only a dime to make a call. That is so odd to see, Mike.
