I can imagine 😕 But since that's in a country in the EU, I have always thought that things here should be different. At the very least, people should be a little more conscious, a little more kind, a little more compassionate. Maybe then there won't be so many animals on the street. Or it depends on poverty and standard of living. Or on the mentality. I do not know. In any case, I don't feel good when I travel in such countries.
