Wedding photography - Monomad Challenge.
A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to work as a photographer at a couple's wedding and it made me very happy that they chose me as their photographer on such a special day for them, so I gave my best effort to take the best photos possible.
The first photos I took were at the hotel where the bride was getting her makeup done:
Hace unas semanas tuve la oportunidad de trabajar como fotografo en la boda de una pareja y me hizo muy feliz que me escogieran como fotografo en este dia tan especial para ellos asi que dí mi mejor esfuerzo para hacer las mejores fotos posibles.
Las primeras fotos que tomé fueron en el hotel donde estaban maquillando a la novia:
The room had a very aesthetic little corner, so I wanted to take a photo of her there while the bride practiced her vows:
La habitacion tenia un rinconsito muy estetico, asi que quise hacerle una foto allí mientras la novia practicaba los votos:
I took photos of the accessories before the bride got dressed:
Tomé fotos de los accesorios antes de que la novia se vistiera:
One of the bridesmaids was the bride's best friend, so she was the one who helped her get dressed:
Una de las damas de honor era la mejor amiga de la novia asi que ella fué quien la ayudó a vestirse:
Outside the room, her children were waiting for her:
Afuera de la habitacion estaban sus hijos esperándola:
After a while, the bride was finally ready to do a pre-wedding photo session and this was the first photo I took of her:
Despues de un rato la novia finalmente estuvo lista para hacer una sesion de fotos pre-boda y esta fue la primera foto que le tomé:
We went to another area of the hotel and I took this photo of her, she looked beautiful!
Fuimos a otro espacio del hotel y le hice esta foto, ella se veía hermosa!
Her children were always around her watching everything she did, they were her biggest fans, so obviously I took a photo of them together:
Sus hijos siempre estuvieron alrededor de ella viendo todo lo que hacia, eran sus mas grandes admiradores, asi que obviamente les hice una foto juntos:
The bridesmaids arrived where we were and they also wanted a photo with the bride:
Las damas de honor llegaron a donde estabamos y ellas tambien querian una foto con la novia:
At this point it was time to go to the place where the wedding would take place. The first thing I did upon arrival was photograph the decoration:
En este punto ya era hora de irnos al lugar en donde se llevaria a cabo la boda, lo primero que hice al llegar fue fotografiar la decoración:
Minutes later the bride arrived and made her entrance:
Minutos después llegó la novia y hizo su entrada:
Obviously, holding her father's hand:
Obviamente de la mano de su padre:
On the other side was the groom waiting for her:
Al otro lado estaba el novio esperándola:
They sat in their respective places and the wedding ceremony began:
Se sentaron en su respectivo lugar y empezó la ceremonia de boda:
Minutes later they were putting on their rings:
Minutos mas tarde se estaban poniendo su anillo:
And their first kiss as husband and wife:
Y su primer beso como esposos:
The bride's parents were the first to approach to congratulate them:
Los padres de la novia fueron los primeros en acercarse a felicitarlos:
Minutes passed while everyone congratulated the newlyweds and then the toast was made:
Pasaron los minutos mientras todos felicitaban a los novios y luego se hizo el brindis:
After the entire ceremony, the bride and groom gave me about 30 minutes to take some photos of them as newlyweds, but obviously everyone was very excited and also wanted to appear in the photos with the newlyweds, haha. I'll show you some of the photos I took with the guests:

Luego de toda la ceremonia los novios me dieron a mi unos 30 minutos para que les hiciera una sesion de fotos de novio pero obviamente todos estaban muy emocionados y tambien querian aparecer en las fotos con los recien casados jajaja, les mostraré algunas de las fotos que hice con los invitados:

Obviously, I took more photos with many more guests, but I only showed you my favorites.
After a while, I was finally able to do their photo session, which was quite short but very beautiful:
Obviamente hice mas fotos con muchos mas invitados pero solo les mostré mis favoritas.
Después de un rato por fin pude hacerles la sesion de foto que fue bastante corta pero muy bonita:
Obviously, at this point, more than photos, what they really wanted was to go and enjoy their celebration.
Obviamente en este punto mas que fotos lo que de verdad querian era irse a disfrutar de su celebracion.
And I say goodbye with this spontaneous photo of the newlyweds, they looked very happy, love was in the air.
Y me despido con esta foto espontanea de los novios, se veian muy felices, el amor estaba en el aire.
