I photographed a baptism - Monomad Challenge.
Today, I am back with a new set of photographs. On this occasion, I had the honor of being the photographer in charge of documenting the baptism of two little twins. I literally took hundreds and hundreds of photographs that day, and in this post, I am going to share my selection of the best ones!
The photographs will be shown in the order that everything happened. I took the first photographs when the parents arrived at the church with their babies in their arms:
Hoy estoy de vuelta con un nuevo set de fotografías, en esta ocasión tuve el honor de ser el fotógrafo encargado de documentar el bautismo de dos pequeños morochos, tomé literalmente cientos y cientos de fotos en este día y en esta publicación les voy a compartir mi selección de las mejores fotos!
Las fotos se van a ir mostrando en el orden que todo sucedió, las primeras fotos las tomé cuando los papás llegaron a la iglesia con sus bebés en brazos.
The parents greeted the guests, and everyone wanted to hold the babies, everyone was completely smitten with the little angels!
Los padres saludaron a los invitados y todas las personas querian cargar a los bebes, todos estaban derretidos con los pequeños angelitos!
Minutes passed, and the baptism ceremony began. I documented the entire process without interrupting:
Pasaron los minutos y comenzó la ceremonia del bautizo, yo fuí documentando todo el proceso sin interrumpir:

And the moment arrived when the babies were sprinkled with holy water:

The godparents had to light a candle to ask for God's blessing for the babies:

The godparents brought gold chains as a gift for the babies and asked the priest to bless them:
Los padrinos llevaron de regalo una cadena de oro para los bebé y le pidieron al padre que las bendijera:
At the end of the baptism ceremony, everyone wanted to hold the babies and take photographs with them!!
Al finalizar la ceremonia del bautismo todos queria cargar a los bebes y tomarse una fotos con ellos!!
It was a very beautiful day, and we were all super happy with the photographs obtained that day. I hope you like them as much as we did!

Wow this is indeed beautiful and memorable too.you just made me remember when I was little.this was same way I did my baptism.i saw the pictures of my baptism.it was lovely
