Documentation of a Quinceanera Celebration Party - Monomad Challenge.
A few days ago I had the opportunity to work documenting a quinceañera party and it was a very fun experience. The party was incredible and I was able to do a very good job that I want to share with you!
The party was held in a very beautiful event hall in my city and the first thing I did was record all the decoration of the place:
Hace unos dias tuve la oportunidad de trabajar documentando una fiesta de quinceañera y fue una experiencia muy divertida, la fiesta estuvo increible y pude hacer un muy buen trabajo que quiero compartir con ustedes!
La fiesta se hizo en una salon de evento muy bonito en mi ciudad y lo primero que hice fue grabar toda la decoracion del lugar:
The place was very beautiful, it had a pool and a beautiful view of the city:
El lugar era muy bonito, tenia piscina y una hermosa vista hacia la ciudad:
The next thing we did was take a couple of photos and videos while they did the quinceañera's makeup and hair:
Lo siguiente que hicimos fue hacer un par de fotos y videos mientras maquillaban y peinaban a la quinceañera:
A while later she was ready and we were able to go to the room to take a couple of photos while the makeup artist finished with the quinceañera's mother. These were the ones I selected as my favorites:
Un rato despues estuvo lista y pudimos pasar al cuarto a hacer un par de fotos mientras la maquilladora terminaba con la madre de la quinceañera, estas fueron las que yo seleccione como mis favoritas:
Time passed and it was time to start the party, and as usual, the entrance, the waltz, and the toast took place:
Pasó el tiempo y llegó la hora de empezar la fiesta y como de costumbre se hizo la entrada, el vals y el brindis:
After that, we went to sing the birthday song to cut the cake:
Luego de eso fuimos a cantar la cancion de cumpleaños para picar la torta:
And at this point the party began. I walked around documenting the interesting things at the party, starting by documenting the people in charge of the entertainment, like this man who was juggling:
Y en este punto se dió comienzo a la fiesta, yo caminé por los alrededores documentando las cosas interesantes de la fiesta, empezé por documentar las personas que estaban encargadas del entretenimiento, como este hombre que hacia malabares:

There was also a makeup station to touch up the guests' makeup and paint the children's faces:
Tambien habia una estacion de maquillaje para retocarle el maquillaje a las invitadas y para pintar la cara de los niños:
Some of the guests were taking photos of themselves:

And others were already on the dance floor enjoying the party:

Hours passed and the party got even more lively when the "crazy hour" began. This was my opportunity for some more festive photos:
Pasaron las horas y la fiesta se animó mas aun cuando empezó la hora loca, esta fue mi oportunidad para unas fotos mas fiesteras:
It was one of those nights where I had more fun than ever while doing my job and I managed to do a very good job. I hope you like these photos as much as I do!
