19 Post wedding photographs - Monomad Challenge.

A few months ago, I had the opportunity and honor to be the official photographer for a wedding where I took some incredibly beautiful photos. On this occasion, I want to share the post wedding photos I took with the couple. For these photos, they dedicated an hour of their time to me in front of a very beautiful church facade in my city. They let me guide them through the entire process to work my magic and capture these stunning photographs!!

We started by taking a couple of full body photos. In these shots, I was very careful to use the church's frames to compose the couple:

Hace unos meses tuve la oportunidad y el honor de ser el fotógrafo oficial de una boda en la cual hice unas fotos demasiado bonitas, en esta ocasion les quiero compartir las fotos post boda que hice junto a los novios, para estas fotos los novios me dedicaron una hora de su tiempo en la fachada de una iglesia muy bonita de mi ciudad y se dejaron guiar durante todo el proceso para hacer mi magia y capturar estas hermosas fotografias!

Empezamos por hacer un par de fotografias a cuerpo completo, en estas fotos fui muy cuidadoso de usar los marcos de la iglesia para encuadrar a la pareja:

Y luego un poco mas cerca:

I was constantly guiding them with the poses to make them feel comfortable and to ensure the photos looked beautiful. In each shot, we made slight variations in the poses to have variety and later choose the ones we liked best.

Yo estuve todo el tiempo guiandolos con las poses para hacerlos sentir en confianza y para asegurarme de que las fotos quedaran bonitas, en cada foto íbamos haciendo ligeras variaciones en las poses para tener variedad y luego escoger las que mas nos gustaran.

Since the bride's veil was quite long, I wanted to take a photo that incorporated that element, and the result was one of my favorite photos from this session:

Como el velo de la novia era bastante largo quise hacer una foto donde involucrara ese elemento y el resultado fue una de mis fotos favoritas de esta sesion:

The next photo was also planned to involve the veil. In this case, we wanted something more natural, as if the groom were adjusting the veil:

La siguiente foto tambien estuvo pensada para involucrar el velo, en este caso quisimos algo mas natural, como si el novio estviera arreglando el velo:

All the previous photos served as a "warm up." At this point, the couple already felt confident, so I started directing them with more intimate poses that aimed to highlight their connection as a couple:

Todas las fotos anteriores sirvieron como un "calentamiento", en este punto los novios ya se sentían en confianza entonces empecé a dirigirlos con poses mas intimas, que buscaban resaltar su conexión de pareja:

Then I took some photos where they showed their rings to the camera:

Luego le hice unas fotos en donde mostraran sus anillos a la camara:

For the next photos, I focused on the details:

Para las siguientes fotos busque enfocarme en los detalles:

At this point, we were satisfied with the photos we had taken that day, but it occurred to me to take a photo where the camera was covered with the bride's veil to create a "dreamy" or magical effect. The result was very beautiful:

En este punto ya estabamos satisfechos con las fotos que habiamos hecho este dia pero se me ocurrió hacer una foto en donde la camara estuviera cubierta con el velo de la novia para crear un efecto "dreamy" o algo asi magico, el resultado fué muy bonito:

A nun at the church had been watching us while we took the photos, and when she saw we had finished the photoshoot, she ran to hug the newlyweds to give them her blessing. It was a very beautiful moment!

En la iglesia habia una monjita observandonos mientras haciamos las fotos y al ver que finalizamos la sesion de fotos corrió a abrazar a los recien casados para darle su bendicion, fue algo muy bonito!
