18 years old birthday photoshoot - Monomad Challenge.
Greetings to all my friends in this beautiful community, today I am back with a new studio photo session that I did for a girl who hired my services because she wanted to take some photos for her 18th birthday, a very special stage as she enters adulthood.
Lately when I do birthday photo sessions I like to start by taking a couple of photos of the people without the birthday accessories because that way they can have some photos that might be useful for them in a more casual way.
Un saludo a todos mis amigos en esta hermosa comunidad, hoy estoy de vuelta con un nueva nueva sesion de fotos que hice en mi estudio para una chica que contrató mis servicios porque queria hacer unas fotos por su cumpleaños 18, una etapa muy especial ya que entra en la adultez.
Ultimamente cuando hago sesion de fotos de cumpleaños me gusta empezar por hacer un par de fotos de las personas sin los accesorios del cumpleaños porque de esa manera ellos pueden tener unas fotos que quizas le sirvan de manera mas casual.
And besides that, it is always good to start with poses where the person is sitting or leaning on something and I do that to prevent the person from feeling intimidated in front of the camera and freezing without knowing what to do, these poses help to pose with the whole body and thus feel more in context.
Y ademas de eso, siempre es bueno empezar por poses en donde la persona esté sentada o apoyada en algo y eso lo hago para evitar que la persona siente intimidada frente a la camara y no se quede congelada sin saber que hacer, estas poses ayudan a posar con el cuerpo completo y asi sentirse mas en contexto.
Then I removed the cube and we took the photo on the floor, which always looks very nice:
Luego quité el cubo y hicimos la foto en el suelo que siempre se ve muy bonita:
At this point we started to include the birthday accessories, first the balloons with the number 18:
En este punto empezamos a incluir los accesorios de cumpleaños, primero los globos con el numero 18:
And then we took a couple of photos with the cake:
Y despues hicimos un par de fotos con la torta:
I placed the tall cube on the set to be able to explore different poses next to the cake:
Puse el cubo alto en el set para poder explorar diferentes poses junto a la torta:
The girl was accompanied throughout the photo session by her parents and her younger brother, so I suggested that we could take a photo with everyone together and the result was adorable:
La chica estuvo acompañada durante toda la sesion de fotos por sus papas y su hermano menor, asi que les sugerí que podiamos hacer una fotos con todos juntos y el resultado fue adorable:
I took all the photos with my Canon R8 camera, a 50mm lens at 2.8/f and two light points.
At the end of the photo session we were all super happy with the results and I hope you like them as much as we do!
Todas las fotos las tomé con mi camara Canon R8, un lente 50mm a 2.8/f y dos puntos de luces.
