Duchess and the sunset/ Duquesa y la puesta de sol [ENG-ESP]

Some people say that animals resemble their owners and I think it is that they identify with them so much that they assume these behaviors. Cats are an example of this. In addition to their freedom, they also appropriate human routines; that has been my experience since Duquesa arrived home with her little kittens. Fully acclimatized, she has been gaining space and even has favorite places where she spends long hours.

Apparently, like me, she loves sunsets. In her favorite spot on the patio wall, she spends the time of sunset contemplating the sky, dreaming who knows what cat dream.

From one of those contemplative adventures I have taken these images that I am sharing with you today because I found them curious and particularly beautiful, plus they echo the idea that Duquesa is taking after me. Besides, any day can be a Caturday.

Hay quien dice que los animales se parecen a sus dueños y creo que se trata de que se identifican tanto con ellos que asumen estas conductas. Los gatos son un ejemplo de ello. Amén de su libertad también se apropian de rutinas humanas; esa ha sido mi experiencia desde que Duquesa llegó a casa con sus pequeñas crías. Totalmente aclimatada, ha ido ganando espacio y ya hasta tiene lugares favoritos en los que pasa largas horas.

Al parecer, como yo, es amante de los atardeceres. En su lugar preferido en el muro del patio, pasa el tiempo de la puesta del sol contemplando el cielo, soñando quién sabe qué sueño de gata.

De una de esas aventuras contemplativas he sacado estas imágenes que hoy les comparto pues me resultaron curiosas y particularmente bellas, además de que son eco de la idea de que Duquesa se está pareciendo a mí. Además de que cualquier dia puede ser un Caturday.
