This morning I went for a walk near my house. Suddenly, my eyes fell on the trunk of an old coconut tree — a pair of small birds with black and white feathers sitting quietly. After looking closely, I realized, Doel!

This bird is completely integrated into our rural Bengali life. As a child, I spent many such mornings before going to school listening to their calls. Today, after so many years, I suddenly saw it again. I couldn't help but take a picture.

When I see such a scene, it seems that we have a silent bond with nature. And that bond may sometimes bring such moments to us — which are etched not only in the eyes, but also in the mind.
